I saw Dr Whitney Dicterow for a few weeks during a time I was attempting to take a massive career leap of faith and stopped previous meditation practices. She taught me wise mind meditation for self soothing and was validating. I sort of disliked the waiting room, group mandatory meditation/practice, and disapprove of recording sessions, so I went elsewhere, but she's still my go to choice for CBT to stop smoking, lose weight, get a clear picture on relationships, making bold choices, using food for joy, the power of clothes you wear, being yourself in an industry that does not encourage that, and drinking tea and cookies because you should. I think she cares about women.

Dr Huston has helped me beyond measure, something no one else has been able to do. He is extremely efficient, easily accessible through emails and telehealth sessions, and one of the best CBT therapists in LA. Highly recommend this practice!

I saw Dr. Albert Bonfils for three months for anxiety. I had been in therapy for about two years before with another therapist, and it wasn't helping. After just a couple of months with Dr. Bonfils I didn't really feel anxious anymore. It's crazy that I had been in therapy for so long with someone else when I could have just done cognitive therapy and feel much better after two months! Dr. Bonfils was very helpful and very down-to-Earth. I highly recommend him if you have anxiety.
