I tried calling this place three times today and all it did was ring. The last time I tried calling I got a voicemail which is actually more than what I got earlier. How can you expect to help people if you don't answer the phone? I am not a patient here but was trying to make an appointment. I'll be going elsewhere.

I prefer my current therapist and psych, but overall they aren't bad here. There is one male therapist there that automatically thought I was there to get narcotics and I felt almost ushered out the door by him. The biggest issue is that you have to go to Fort Smith to speak to an actual psychologist, you will only find "therapists" at this location that cannot prescribe medications. There may also be issues on what disorders they are capable of handling, and I also didn't really care for the locks on the doors. But, I'd use them again if I had to. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and not base things on such things as "does this place need a makeover, a separate room for children to wait., a nicer receptionist", but on actual therapeutic CARE. Overall, I can't complain about the FEMALE therpaists there. So four stars.
