Liars, plain and simple. Bring you in as a patient, tell you you'll have continuing care, and then cut your medicine off with no warning. After which they say that they "just" made the new rule, however other patients that have been there long term dealt with that brand new rule months earlier. This is a government run circus.

The staff at the front desk is rude and hateful and don't care about you. The staff in the back is nice and friendly. I wish they would fire all the staff up front and replace them with nice people.

If i could give it a zero i would. Staff does the same things i do but they treated me like im the one who should be shot. No thanks NEW BEGINNINGS. GO TO HELL.

It's sad that this is about the only choice people have. There's a skinny dark haired chick running the desk- when she's there. She's acts like you are so much less than even a number. Some of the staff in the back are NICE. But none of the psychiatrists/psychologists seem to know what to really do about real problems. They have other buildings that adress autism and more severe issue with a closer eye, that do okay, but are very dirty and cluttered in nature. The location is also Rogers Avenue - right off it- and I don't understand why they don't have a better building and more staff- better overall staff. It's not limited to Fort Smith, though, the WACG in Van Buren is just as bad assuming you are just wanting pills to get HIGH. I personally know a staff member that was not full of it, that decided to leave there and go elsewhere to work, and it took a lot for him to decide to do that. That's how bad it got, he'd been there forever. These people saying that the front desk staff is rude are not lying. I am so glad I found somewhere else in another city. I'd be really upset if I was still depending on this place.

the staff, especially front desk staff, are very nice. My wait wasn't bad at all. They got me in for an evaluation and the financial stuff within an hour, even though I showed up right around lunch time. I was scheduled for follow up appointments rather quickly (way faster than going through Mercy) Everyone I have dealt with has been nice, and done their best to help me.

Amber Cervantes and Fayz Hudefi seen me for 30 minutes during a 30 hour time period and charged tax payers on my medical card 68 hours. they perscribed and fed me meds for what they said was my sleeping problem which i dont have. she said i struck an emt after going to bed monday night 4 22 19 at hope campus where i was attacked in my sleep. they failed to examine my head wounds and other body injuries and after 30 hours told me i needed more help than they could give then charged my medical insurance for the 68 hours and shipped me to turning point. on the way to turning point i was being transported by the emt's familar with being transported to sparks medical after being attacked in my sleep and he told me that i did not strike an emt and that the meds i was givin was not for a sleeping problem. she met me in the hallway and put her hand on my shoulder as she was pissing down my back and telling me it was warm spring water.

Mental health treatment in the state of Arkansas is a joke anyway. But this place takes the cake. Front end staff are very rude and non helpful. Psychiatrists and counselors treat you like a number not a person. I know options are not abondant in fort smith, but try anywhere else first.

Overall positive experience, began seeing a counselor off site, and when I transferred my prior counselor went above and beyond to make sure I got to continue seeing same one. The front desk is very polite and all these negative reviews are likely due to their own attitudes causing front desk staff to be in a defensive mode. I spent 72 hours in their crisis stabilization unit 5 West and have to say under the circumstances that it was not only helpful but also comfortable with friendly, caring, and professional staff

I have a friend who works there and because she doesn't have a college degree some of her co-workers put her down and bully her. I feel like if the case workers puts down my friend then honestly I feel like I can't trust them with my kids. She then talked to HR and they are blaming my friend for causing a hostel environment in which she just keeps quiet. I feel like those with college degrees snub my friend and because she got hired on merit and experience they don't like her because my friend didn't spend thousands of dollars and years at college to get this job. But overall I rated this place a 1 star because I don't trust bullies with my kids. On top of that they have a doctor that is very preachy and religious cause I have gone there years ago and I saw them once and thats it. If I wanted to get preached at then I would go to church.

Staff is very rude!!! Also seem to have problems communicating. I saw a councilor at another location, he was extremely nice and caring. He went back to the center and instructed them to get me in asap. I had a call and scheduled a appointment. After filling out paperwork numerous pages. My insurance was pending and he instructed the staff to put me in. The charges were to be filed after my insurance kicked in. I was called into another room I was not even halfway through the papers I had. In the room another stack of papers. Then come the questions. This was supposed to be already worked I told her the councilor I had seen and he wanted me in asap regardless. She went to another lady in the office next door. After I had already told her to talk to the councilor I had seen. I heard the lady, I will call her that to be polite,she was very snooty and said well she has no insurance she will hafto pay. The other lady then came back and again I explained this was already supposed to be set up. The snooty lady came in and told me I would have to pay $70. I had the money that wasn't the point!! I was treated like something you scrape off the bottom of my shoe. If I could leave less than one star I would!!! I got up and left, I told them to let the councilor know I was leaving because of the way I was treated. I left. Horrible do not go there!!

I went through these guys years ago. At the time I left and switch to a different facility I had someone who had power of attourney over me. After switching facilities Inhad the power of attourney revokes from that person. During the divorce with my now ex husband this woman went to them and got all my files from them when’s i called them about why they just released my files to her they said she has power of attourney and I said nosnhe dosnt that’s been removed to which the lady remarked well u didn’t tell us that. Well I’m not ur patient anymore and thanks to u it was used against me to not being able to see my child hope ur satisfied with yourself because what was in those files were misdiagnoses anyway and none of it was true. I’m now having to fight to see my child congrats on destroying someone because u decided to break confidentiality
