I have been under Andrew Cooper's care since October of 2014. Andy is outstanding! If you or someone you know is having a difficult time or has been through something traumatic, Andy is all you can ask for in a counselor and more. He is smart, resourceful, trustworthy and humble. I have had some very dark days and during those periods it was a great comfort knowing I had Andy to talk to. There are so many "professionals" who dispense their worthless advice pellets and take your money as they throw you out the door at the end of each session, but Andy is NOT one of them. He genuinely cares and wants to help everyone he can. He gives you his all. Before I started seeing Andy I was on a very negative trajectory, but under his care I actually see a positive future for myself! Before you see anyone, see Andy first. I can't thank the Lord enough for introducing him into my life. The world definitely needs more counselors (and men) like Andy.

Great facilities and staff. Very comfortable feel when visiting the office.

Curt is genuinely empathetic and skilled in assisting clients with a wide range of needs. His expertise and experience are quite impressive ranging from children to older adults, and from marriage therapy to parent-child counseling, anger management, depression, or grief. His relationship with his own wife and children is also admirable. I recommend Curt as a true professional.

I've known Andy for a little over eight years. He's a member of the church that I serve as Discipleship/Shepherding Pastor. As a professional family counselor, he's outstanding in his field. He is kind, gracious, and empathetic which makes him approachable and affable. His education, experience, and knowledge give him the skills to address a wide range of family and personal issues. I've been to Still Waters to visit his practice. It's in a great location just west of I-49. It's also a comfortable and inviting environment. I've referred people to Still Waters trusting that they will be in great hands and will receive excellent counseling.

Andy Cooper is the best! He is very genuine and gives me lots of much needed feedback. I have been to others that just sit there, stare at you and wait for your time to be up. He is a great Christian man that really cares! First place I have ever felt comfortable! Staff is very sweet and caring! Feels like home!

Genuinely effective, counseling, designed to work within a set period of time. Based on eternal values, not trendy self-help. Deals with real issues, helping a person to get to the source (or sources) of issues, and how to overcome or manage them. Highly recommend. Rex H. Griffin Pastor, FBC, Elkins, AR

I was the Interim Director of Second Mile Ministries at University Baptist Church this year. We had a situation with a veteran who was a recluse. He needed more help than we were equipped to give him. We have a working relationship with Andy Cooper and can refer any person we feel needs professional help to Still Waters Family Counseling. Andy is working with this man and he is improving. It is a great comfort to know we have this resource. I've known Andy for four years and know him to be a loving husband and father and very dedicated, not only to his family, but to helping those entrusted to his care at Still Waters Family Counseling. I firmly believe you won't find a better resource for those in need of professional counseling that is from a man who loves God and strives to help others, all within a strong Christian framework.

Andrew Cooper and his team are absolutely amazing. I have been referring couples, singles, and individuals for years. Everyone walks away saying, "Thank you". I'm a church planter and leadership coach, not a counselor. Knowing that Andrew and his team are counseling families from Thrive Christian Church helps me sleep at night because I know they are not only cared for but, they are receiving effective help through tough situations. Go to them and refer your friends to call them.
