Dr. Somner was great. Unfortunately she's gone and Dr. Cannon is the opposite. Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They said she's the only doctor they have and she's new. Somebody should have trained her before starting. She couldn't even write a prescription properly. Terrible.

I have seen many badly operated businesses in my time but st Bernard's counseling center takes the cake. They are disorganized to the point of negligence. It's become comical how ill equipped the office staff is and quizzical whether that is also the disorder and chaos happening behind closed doors amongst the medical staff. If you're looking for a great psychologist, they have them. If you're looking for well organized and kind patient care then most definitely do not go here.
