The counselors are great but their nursing/doc department is horrible. You will have to wait AT LEAST a month to see a doctor. Then when it's almost time for your appointment, they will reschedule it for another month out. They will reassure you that they will make sure you will have enough medication to get you to your next appointment with your doctor. But then when you inevitably run out of meds, they will NOT call in the refill and offer no explanation as to why. Then when you call to figure out what the problem is, you will get nothing but voicemail every single time and no one will ever call you back. So you will have to go to their office IN PERSON to figure out what is going on. This was my experience at least. Apparently they aren't bothered a bit with letting mentally unstable people go without the meds they have been completely stable on for over 6 months. They were basically like "Sorry. Nothing we can do. Good luck with your nervous breakdown!" Thankfully my primary care doctor was more than willing to call in my refills without any issue. I'm not on any controlled medications or benzos or narcotics, so I really don't understand why this was such a big deal. Especially considering that I only ran out of refills in the first place because THEY rescheduled my appointment! Really really irresponsible of them to treat patients this way. It seriously almost sent me over the edge.
