I have changed dr's around 5 times in a little over a year. Every time that has happened my medicine gets messed up, I have to reexplain my problems, and the dr doesn't even stay long enough to keep up with my mental health. If you aspire for stability with your doctor then don't come here

Not a very welcoming staff. There was never anyone there to guide new clients. Very unfriendly and unresponsive administration staff. They charge $50 fee to get your records in less than 10 days (a rush fee) then charge you per page. These are digital records that they pull and print from the system. Seriously, a dissappointing experience and would not recommend anyone to this company.

I have literally never even stepped food into the building yet I owe them $300 for a cancellation fee for an appointment I called to cancel the day before because both my daughter and I were sick. That is beyond ridiculous and will basically ensure that i never seen out help for mental health ever again.

My 22 year old has never stepped foot in here. She called repeatedly to cancel appointment but no one ever picked up. She didn’t leave a message because when she attempted to leave a message to make an appointment no one ever called her back. Finally someone answers and informed it will be a $300 cancellation fee because she’s canceling 46 hours in advance instead of 48. Go read Arkansas Business Insider.
