I have been going o Chenal Therapy . Every time it is a good experience . It feels good having someone to talk to that will not judge me. If you need therapy this is the best place to go. They really know how to help you get down to the bottom of your feelings and understand what is going on in your head.

Four months ago...i was charged $43.75 for filling out a Release of Information Form. No appointment, no therapy session, just went in to fill out the form. The belligerent and completely disrespectful receptionist, Michelle, gave me an excuse TODAY of "well did we have to do anything with that form... Like send it off?" NO!!! And there is absolutely no reason for that big of a charge, and there shouldn't be a cost whatsoever FOR FILLING OUT A RELEASE OF INFORMATION FORM! I called their office several times after the charge overdrafted my account... in an attempt to have the issue resolved. Michelle told me that Ms.. Skinner wasn't there repeatedly and that she or Ms. Skinner would be back in touch with me....noone EVER CALLED ME BACK. I even went up to their office above Senior Tequila's to find out what was going on. EVERYTHING WAS GONE! NO NOTICE OF MOVING ANYWHERE ON THE DOOR OR ANYTHING. NO EMAIL, NO NOTICE AT ALL! Finally found their new office online, now that i have a smartphone. I was originally contacted by Maureen Skinner to come by and fill out the form. Was NEVER told i would be charged anything, especially $43.75, for filling out this form. The receptionist is a fraud and ripping people off. fact of the matter is, they keep people's bank cards on file, to charge at their leisure, obviously. My account was overdrawn due to this. I have filed a claim with my bank finally. They even agreed that all this was quite fishy and to call the BBB. So i am also now in the process of lodging a complaint with the BBB.

I've been through hell and back with my life. I tracked a councillor that was very helpful to this office, and when I needed her badly in my life, she resigned. I was moved to another councillor whom I never connected with. I doubt I tried, I was heartbroken about being ditched. Office management has no clue how to talk to Bi-polar people and will belittle you without the least sympathy to your personal feelings. Recommend you not put yourself in the care of this office. Beat of luck with all your personal troubles.
