After a shoulder surgery a few years back, I came to Benton Physical Therapy for months. Dan and Madisun were great and actually made PT fun. I knew I got exceptional care, but appreciate it even more now that I've had PT for my other shoulder somewhere else. Wish I still lived in the area so I could come back to you guys!

13 years of daily headaches, that sometimes kept me from functioning. 5 different specialists, countless tests and medications that never worked. A doctor finally suggested Physical Therapy, so I went to Rick Lee and his amazing staff. After Day 1, I felt like a whole new person. Rick took the time to really listen to me. He was genuinely concerned with healing me, not just giving me another medicine and sending me out the door. He has vigorously worked to help find the root of my problem, and provided me with the tools I need to maintain overall health. His staff from Chelsea, McKenzie, Bridgette and the other young ladies there, they all are not only skilled in what they do but they are compassionate and caring about the patients. You are never rushed. They make you their priority. After 2 months of PT at Benton Physical Therapy, I feel like myself again. I am without headaches for the time in 13 years, and I did not think this was possible. It's hard to put into words my heartfelt thanks. Please do not give up, and think you have to suffer in pain. Go see Rick Lee, any of his therapists and staff, they will listen to you and give you the care and compassion you deserve.

Everyone here, especially Rick, is compassionate, friendly, and professional. Each person takes the time to explain each movement and encourage you, making sure you understand what to do, how to do it, and why it’s important. Rick’s policy of allowing use of equipment without charge after you finish your course of treatment is just one of the ways he lets each patient know that they are more than a number. Each course of treatment is individually designed for your age and ability and continually reevaluated and adjusted to be sure you are getting the the most improvement. I am amazed at how much I, a senior citizen, have been able to accomplish!
