I have seen Rebbecca for over 5 years. If you want a really good Doctor then you have to see Rebbecca, With her help My Life has changed. Her fee's are less than a majority in her field and there is not a better Psychologist out there. I have Found Her to be the most dependable, Honest, and Professional person and Psychologist.

Very professional organization that allowed me to stay in one location for all my families needs. My wife and I were able to do couples therapy and I was able to see another one of the doctors for individual work. Our kids even got in with the child therapist who was worth the wait. All the doctors are well educated and trained looking at their bios. They were very clear in the paperwork about their cancelation policies and I asked for clarification on a few points. They explained that the doctors are reserving an hour block of time dedicated to one patient. They aren't like medical doctors who are booking 6 patients an hour and then run late on you. You get seen on time for your dedicated hour and don't wait 20-40 minutes like you can for medical doctors that overbook. It is true they don't have a receptionist and you leave messages for the office manager as is stated on the website and phone recording. We received calls back in the promised time.

This is the first negative review I have ever composed on any platform, but our experience with this place was grossly subpar and warrants a warning to any potential patients. Although they look good on paper, this practice is unprofessional, unethical, judgmental, and the therapy is ineffective. The one good therapist at this practice left a few years ago, and I wish I had considered that therapist's referral to a different therapist in another practice instead of switching to a new therapist within this practice. There were several occasions on which we considered removing our child, but continued on as we thought consistency was key. The priority is money and Dr. Loftis in particular is more concerned with her schedule than her actual patients- we have been emailed in the 11th hr to change appointment times, but were given zero grace when we needed to cancel for medical reasons or family emergencies. As mentioned before, your appointment will start late but end not a minute behind schedule. Dr. Loftis also deemed it clinically appropriate to end Tx just a few months after the loss of a close relative that had a profound impact on my child. If you are an adult seeking care I would consider other options; the therapist I saw was nice enough but her services were not therapeutic. If you are a parent seeking care for your child I suggest you *run* the other way.

I saw one of the therapists here and found them to be very helpful. It took me a couple different therapists at other places before I found a good fit as not every counselor works for everyone. I was treated respectfully and the office manager even helped me work with the online system a bit when I had a question. I read some of the reviews here and just don't see where they are coming from. It seems unprofessional and unethical to attack physicians and other medical professionals in reviews when they can't even acknowledge that reviewers may or may not be patients due to HIPAA laws.

Dr. Lahann treated me with respect and was instrumental in helping me get to the core of some baggage I have been carrying around for too long. She challenge my way of thinking and especially about how to approach problems so I have the tools to work through issues on my own in the future.

Please look elsewhere for care. This place is very impersonal and I always felt rushed. I was also never seen on time but my appointments always ended like I was. You can only communicate via a portal and make appointments on line which can take a month or more to get in. The last straw was that I called 22 hours prior to an appointment to cancel as my daughter became ill and Dr Peterson took $80.00 out of my account for not giving a 24 hour notice. When I explained to her that I didn't think that was fair as I don't have control of my child getting ill and did she expect me to bring a vomiting child to an appointment? Her response was too bad that's our policy. She was also very aware that I'm struggling financially so taking $80.00 from my account makes my already strained situation even worse. It's very apparent what the priority is with Dr Peterson. I've never been treated like this by any business and even worse by a mental health professional.

There is no one to schedule an appointment, you are therefore forced to use their website to find a therapist AND schedule your appointment. Following that, I got an email that the therapist I had selected is not accepting new patients nor the field I was looking for. Overall, very poor initial interactions altogether. Not to mention they do not accept EAP!

I asked a lot of questions before my first visit to make sure we were on the same page. How a person signs up, the payment process and the waiting room are not like a "typical" doctor's office. Once my questions were answered and I knew the routine, it has been a great experience. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Lahann. I would highly recommend this practice.

I can't recommend this practice enough! Very happy with the services my family received. There are other reviews about being angry a credit card is required to be on file, but most of my doctors are going this route. The paperwork makes it clear your charge will go on the card on file unless you specify otherwise, and they have always charged exactly what my insurance indicates I owe.

I was treated so poorly by Dr. Lahann. She kept repeating, when asking for advice, "I don't know you." and frankly she felt unwilling to get to know me and help me. I left her office feeling worse than ever.

No issues with the business or the doctor I saw. The place is clean, well cared for, and all my business dealings were fine. They run everything online which more and more places seem to be doing, I'm sure this goes well with the younger crowd anyway. I'm older and still didn't have any issues. The therapy was good and it did what I needed it to do, it helped me! I have no idea what these other reviewers have issue with, but then again you just can't please some people, they just seem to have a negativity about them no matter what the circumstance.

I agree with the other positive reviews. Spectrum is a well run place and I like the ease of the online system and being able to schedule my own appointments without having to worry about talking to people on the phone during business hours. Honestly it seems more and more business are going this route why not the medical field. Even when I did talk to the office manager she was polite and very helpful. I don’t have any issues with the therapist I see, she’s been great.
