Robert Mastikian Psy. D. Reviewed my file from the VA concerning PTSD rating. He asked questions that no one ever asked from the VA and actually listened when I spoke again unlike the VA. He seems to understand veterans perspective and give creedance to what we talked about. I would highly recommend Robert Mastikian Psy. D. For his services, especially veterans who need psychological assessment for PTSD.

While on my drive to my appoinment with Dr. Robert Mastikian I must admit I was nervous, anxious, irritated, and of course angry. All because of how previous doctors made it impossible for me to state my claim despite being up front; you fellow vets know what I'm talking about. RONIC Pshycologist Sevices are very professional. Dr Mastikian was especially wonderful. He helped beyond anything I could have hoped for. My case was very time sensitive and RONIC worked with me and my lawyers to get the documents submitted in time. I cannot recommend this team highly enough! While I hope to never need his services again, if something ever does come up, or anyone I know needs help this is the only place I will recommend.

I am greatful for Dr. Mastikian and him being so honest and straightforward. He tested me in a way that the VA never had. He was my voice and told my story in a way that I never could have. Deceptive. The psychologist who practices here is highly deceptive in the fact that she is contracted through various state agencies and she will display things in their view and the way they want it displayed. The test results are not altered and with specific tests like the MMPI-2 they are considered in the industry to be one of the most accurate tests available. However this psychologist will add additional info such as "client could develop psychosis in the future" or "client could be deceptive due to being guarded". It should also be noted that this provider also does SSI and SSDI evaluations, this provider tends to lean toward the person whom is paying her to do the eval. A psychologist should not legally be allowed to say what someone could develop in the future, either you feel they have (stated issue) or they don't then state why. This place should not be recommended to anyone for any reason. There are many other psychologists out there whom are neutral parties and will work on payment plans etc. Just know if you have been sent here and you see psychologist Ms Leonard then know, the only thing that will be accurate is likely your testing results and that's only because she can't alter those results. She makes claims of what you could develop in the future. If that's the case we are all at risk for cancer and auto accidents and many other things, but since she's a psychologist they consider her to be credible. If you are unfortunate enough to see her then seek a second opinion! I cannot say that enough SEEK A SECOND OPINION. Its been almost a year since I saw her and have had 3 second opinions all disagreeing with her and agreeing with eachother. The only thing that was correct was the actual test results. Her little comments with them were not substantiated nor validated.

Catinbag Test

My husband had seen Dr Mastikian and he had done a very through analysis. My husband is a Vietnam Vet and was in combat. Dr Mastikian had got to the root of his issues and helped us obtain his long awaited Military Pension. I would recommend RONIC Psychological Services to other Veterans and those in need of these services.
