I wish I could rate them zero stars. Wow these guys are possibly the worst medical office I have ever experienced and I work in the medical field. I called this office multiple times and they never returned my call about a patient. Then the person on the phone tried to argue with me and wouldn't let me talk to his supervisor. Then they falsified our earlier conversations, told me it was too late to schedule (even though we'd been waiting all morning for a call back) and tried to argue with me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this provider. There are many other reputable mobile providers to choose from, choose these guys at your own risk.

We've suffered through this company for 4 years for my mother in Sun City west at her independent living facility. MD24 shows up unannounced for unscheduled appointments, they do not return phone calls to review results as requested. If we call with questions we get the call center in Viet Nam that does not speak English or we get an answering machine, leave messages and are never ever called back. Services not rendered are being billed, unnecessary tests and procedures are scheduled randomly..... this is just the tip of the iceberg. We've tried visiting the office in SCW many times to ask questions and we're treated like We're criminals. We're done! Horrible experience. Sounds like we're in good company with other reviewers .

Jenny in business development with your firm gave me the best customer service experience I have ever received by any organization. By far the best I have received by any medical organization. She absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty helping me register to be seen by one of your medical team. She even called my insurance provider to make sure that your doctors are in my network. If the rest of your services are like the one Jenny provided me, you have a truly great organization. My mom has an anxiety disorder where she can't leave the house, but they have done nothing to help her but dope her up on meds. It's been 3 years she had been with md24 and has seen 0 progress with her mental health. I do not recommend anyone to get services from md24.

Lesson learned! I should have checked reviews before signing up. October 2018 I signed both my father and aunt up with MD24 Surprise to help me eliminate loading and unloading wheelchairs and much time spent at the doctors office. I have taken both my father and aunt into my home to help care for them as they need which is a lot of work with a family of my own, but I'm willing to do it for them. When I was referred to MD24 I was so excited to have a little help with doctors coming to our home! Sounds great doesn't it? Well, if I could give MD24 negative stars I absolutely would! I typically check reviews before I make any decisions, but failed to this time. If you need to make an appointment this is pretty much how it goes; call to schedule, Nope! You are basically calling to let them know you need to see a doctor, nothing is scheduled in your phone call. You will then wait anywhere from 1-30 days to hear back from MD24 as to when the doctor will see you which is always known to you the day before they come out. So don't make any plans for days bc you never know when they will be returning your call of your initial request to see a doctor. Several times someone has been ringing our doorbell early morning without informing me they were coming over. And sometimes the doctor doesn't even show up which really makes my blood boil bc I have scheduled my day around that doctor coming to my door! My father's pain management doctor was scheduled to come to our home on a Friday evening but never showed. I called the office, but they were closed for the weekend! Meanwhile, my father is out of his pain medication used for the remaining shrapnel in what is left of his right leg from a bomb. I leave messages with: the medical department, the nurse on call, the scheduling department...anyone who has a voicemail at the MD24 office. So Monday rolls around and absolutely no response from MD24! I then called 3 times on Monday. I had to call more than once bc I kept being hung up on. I finally have word on what happened with the pain management appointment they scheduled on Friday..."the pain management doctor we have scheduled you for does not service your area." What the hell!!!! I demanded to see the PA now! She showed up a day or two later to give my father a refill of his pain meds also informing me she would be sending in a new pain management referral to the office and we will hear back soon for appointment. That was 30 days ago!!!!! I have called numerous times within these past 30 days. Two days ago I was given a guarantee of a pain management doctor to be in my home this Friday (today is Thursday), but no time given. So I called yesterday and again today to find out the time frame for our Friday visit with the pain management doctor. Oh, he will be there Saturday. Again, what.the.hell! So my father's 30 day pain med supply ends today, Thursday. Now he will be out until late Saturday evening so therefore I ask to get a refill of his meds until the pain management doctor shows up, if he is actually coming this time. After 22 minutes on hold I was sent to someone's voicemail. Are you kidding me!!!! Nothing was resolved. I've called back 4 times since and sent to voicemail each time! This is just one negative incident of many I've encountered with MD24, but by far the lengthiest one. I will say the specialists who have actually made it to our home when scheduled have all been awesome! Very friendly, compassionate, and professional. BUT! The office, scheduling, communication is straight up blood pressure raising, anger management kind of experience. UPDATE: it is now the Saturday I was guaranteed by the scheduling supervisor yesterday that for fact, absolute guarantee, noted not to miss our appointment to the pain management... HAS NOT SHOWN UP! It’s now 7:40pm. Called the office to see if any miracle I can speak with someone. NOPE! They are closed until Wednesday! I’m tempted to rent a billboard in proclamation of how awful this business is! And sue them for raising my blood repeatedly in anger over no shows/lack of concern!

Read the 1 star reviews on how the service was but it wasn't true at all. We were looking to move my mom from Minnesota to the facility in Sun City, with our short day off, my husband and I couldn't travel for a long time so we need to complete the move in soon. I was skeptical at first to call, but surprisingly, they schedule and have the clinician to do initial assessment within just 2 days. My mom was taken care very well and I receive a copy of her plan of care also. Can't find a point to complain.

Leaving town and made an appointment for 3pm today at 8:30 am this morning. Was told they were on there way 2 different times and then I get told at 3:45pm “hi no ones coming, your out of our area” ummm... great to know! Leaving for a trip now sick and can’t get antibiotics because I don’t have time to go anywhere else ! Also, they didn’t even care just kept non shalantly repeating sorry for the inconvenience.

This service started out well while my parents were in a large assisted living community. Now that they are in a small group home setting, I'm having increasing difficulty contacting any medical professional following them. Phone staff are in Vietnam and don't have much idea what's going on over here, and while they promise to convey messages to the MDs over here, I have yet to hear from one since my parents moved (now nearly a month ago). Mobile health care providers are a good idea, particularly for patients with transportation issues, but if you can find an alternative to MD24, try that one first.

I will not even give a single star. This group is managing my stepmother's care. She has Alzheimer's and lives in a group care home. She fell last Thursday and was exhibiting symptoms of a possible hip injury. The call for a mobile Xray was not fulfilled until Friday afternoon, and we never received any results. We took her to the ER Saturday morning, and she had a hip fracture that required a partial hip replacement. Well, today the results from the Xray came back from this company. NEGATIVE. I am transferring my stepmother's care to another group ASAP. I wouldn't trust this practice for treating a common cold.

My grandma has been trying to get through to you guys for two days now but she either gets a busy signal or a voicemail..this has never happened to her before since she has been with Md 24 and she dosent have a very important med that helps with her neuropathy pain the pharmacy has faxed the dr several times no response this isnt right I even sent an email for someone to notify her let's see if any one does

This company is a joke you schedule and no one shows or calls just nothing. Then they give you a window of 3 to 5 and show up at 9am. They can only come out once or twice a month cause the MD is "not in your area this week" we were told by one lady that they would send out a Dr today because they have not shown up in three weeks when they say there going to and now we're being told that it has to be tommorrow because there is no MD in the area who can write a perscription again after being told there was one. Did we get a call, nope, apparently we need to be a mind reader with a geani in a bottle to get an appointment with someone who can write a perscription. This is getting old quickly.

I have had to deal with this company for over two years and it has been a exasperating experience. They have changed my nurse five times. The phone is answered in Viet Nam and they barely speak English. They put you on hold and forget you--they cannot answer the simplest questions. The nurses are constantly late. I'm hoping my insurer drops them!

Painfully SLOW and Dr.s are not UP TO DATE with their patience prognoses, hours on end of "no reason" should have to call for treatment or request "REFERRALS" from DR.s and the staff. Could go on longer but there is not enough space on the WEB.

MD24 House Call is far from the best healthcare company in Arizona, but I really appreciate their passion and commitment to provide quality care. The staff is nice, patient and always willing to help. The doctors are totally capable of helping me control my diabetes and keep my chronic condition at an acceptable state. I really like doctor Russell Forsberg working in Sun City. However, the company also has many problems that require a lot of improvements. It's like they want to put "Patient's Values First" but hasn't quite known how. The scheduling process is tedious and complicated. I had to call them several times to book my appointment. Then there is the lack of proper communication between the patient, patient's family and the care providers. I have to ask them myself about my condition rather than waiting for them to tell me what's really going on with my diabetes. However, these negative things can be changed, and I hope they will be, because MD24 House Call really has a brilliant vision and passionate staff that will benefit the patients greatly if they do things in a more efficient way.

We are still using them to help my 89 year old mother avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room but not for long. As her son and daughter in law, we hoped to be in communication with MD24 as a good go-to for medical care for our mom in assisted living, especially when we are away traveling. Getting through to them for an appointment is difficult…if you need immediate help, don't expect someone in 24 hours. Last summer when we were away, mom had a kidney infection she ended up calling the ambulance herself for a trip to the emergency room…the exact thing we were trying to avoid. That episode took three days for us to get a representative from MD24 to come see her after she returned from the hospital. When we hired MD24 we requested a monthly check in and calls to us about her status. They do not call us at all. All I get is a bill for weekly visits, which are unnecessary, and now becoming prohibitively expensive for an old lady on a fixed income. She pays $40 a visit and medicare is billed $200 EVERY WEEK…for a client who IS NOT SICK! Mom thinks it's a scam and I'm beginning to agree with her. The medical staff has tests done, and never consulted us once about the results. Mom is healthy at nearly 90 and on no medication. She only needs her regular pain meds to manage an old back injury. We hoped MD24 could keep us in those meds rather than taking her out for trips out to the doctor. Their protocol seems to be test and prescribe, without consulting the family or making it clear with the patient what is going on. In three months they have given her prescriptions for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and depression….none of these were ever identified by mom's long term regular doctor. I've given up calling them, often the phone people may not even be able to identify her as a patient, second if they arrange a time to visit so I can meet them, they may not show up, I suspect a group of doctors are out playing golf and pocketing the profits while this potential great idea goes down the drain. They had one representative who was fantastic and wanted things to work, but her best efforts led to no change in the quality of care we are receiving. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE.

This facility seems more concerned with appeasing the FDA auditors than taking care of the patients, especially when opioids are part of the treatment plan. Almost impossible to reach anyone in the office, so if you have a complaint about your physician, that's unfortunate. The doctors doing the house calls really do try, but they get no support from the company and they're basically on their own when there's any kind of trouble. In my experience, MD24 mistreats it's employees and it's patients equally.

My mother has been a patient with this company for over a year. It has been a year of constant struggles with this company. The constant failure to follow through with appointments, lab work, scheduling issues was maddening! I couldn't get them to renew critical medications on time. I would have to call numerous times to get any response...which took me getting upset before action was taken. At one point we had to wait 3 months just to get the blood work results from the provider. Again I had to get angry to make anything happen. They would randomly order labs without cause or communication with me prior. They order unnecessary labs. Recently, we waited all day for a 9:15 am appointment. When I called to find out what happened. The scheduler informed me that "the patient called on the 16th of February to opt out of services." The problem with this is that my mother doesn't even know who her Dr actually IS...let alone the company's name. I make all of her medical appointments and calls. I did NOT call to cancel services! So they made an error. I instructed them to correct it so I could re-schedule the appointment. Fast forward to 2/27/18...I find out they did not correct the mistake when the home health nurse tried to order supplies. I called to find out why and they refused to re-instate my mother as a patient until they conducted an internal investigation as to what happened that caused her services to be canceled. Ridiculous! They do NOT care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. They are TERRIBLE! Do not put your family member through this aggravation and neglect! I would give ZERO stars if I could!

The on call phone line isn't answered and disconnected today on every call between 3 and four minutes on hold that's 25 calls disconnected! Between three people trying to get through. They never call in the prescriptions they say they will. I have to fight for my loved one to get every prescription.

I really appreciate this company for their effective treatment that helps my mom stabilize her condition. My mom's transition from the hospital to home was done safely thanks to MD24 Transitional Care Management program. And doctor Justin Bednar has been of great help in her recovery. However, the way MD24 House Call delivers their services still bothers me and my mom very much. It was problematic just to reach a provider or an employee that could help us with our problems. The doctors arrive late in many occasions. And with a condition like my mom's, waiting for the doctors to arrive isn't exactly what she should do. I hope MD24's services will be improved soon, so that troubles like those won't continue to affect the experience of the patients and their family.

Wow, a few words to let this company know what is in the works. I have contacted the AZ State Medical board and the Better Business Bureau. My attorney needed a diagnosis from my moms doctor here for today's visit and two weeks later NOTHING. The word will definitely get out about MD 24 House Call!!!!!!!

I don't understand why this company has so many bad reviews on here! I have and am still having great service from them. They always answer the phone. They come to my home usually ahead of my appointment time and are very nice and seem to know what they need to do to help me have a better quality of life and I pray i will be able to keep them coming to my home for years to come. Thanks especially to nurse practitioner Patricia Hains and rhe guy who draws the blood and for the sweet girls who answer the phone and even send the message that i need to be sent while i am still on the phone with her. I would give them more than a five star if i could!!!!!! Ps and thanks to the lady who stopped by the home to ged another vial of my blood!!! Lol

This company is a joke! My mother still hasnt seen an MD. They sent out a low level PA who prescribed my mother the wrong medication... GOOD luck trying to reach them ... they should rename the company to NO MD24 leave a message and maybe we will call you back in a few days. I have no idea how this company is still holding on to 4 stars....
