I was searching for a therapist that was a great "listener as well as communicator" one that was compassionate, caring, one that was patient, one I could trust, one that seemed to genuinely care, one that was "real" no attitude and truly wanted to assist me with my issues...after seeing/interviewing too many to count...I found everything I was looking for and more in Dr. Littlefield. He is truly the best of the best, he is the ONLY therapist I have been to that has given me the tools needed to assist me with my issues and helps me understand what I need to do and why. He comprehends EVERYTHING I say and doesnt talk down to me and truly makes me understand why I am feeling the way I do. I consider him a true g-d sent. I use to dread going to therapist appointments, now I look forward to them as I always feel better after a session. People dont realize how important mental health is and equally important is finding the "right one". I know with 100% certainty I will get better because I have Dr. Littlefield in my corner to help me get there.
