Tried to get an appointment through work program and had to leave a VM. My husband also left a VM early in the morning. I never heard back and my husband finally got a response after 5pm that the counselor isnt taking new clients and they would only let us use another if we had insurance even though we stated it was being paid for by our employer. Badly run and not very nice. We will be happy to find a counselor elsewhere.

I cannot express enough how much this place has helped my family. Their front office is super friendly and helpful, and the counselors are genuine, compassionate and understanding. They really guide you down the path of healing, self-realization, and repairing relationships at a pace that is right for you. For the first time in a very long time, my life and home are at peace.

My counselor is amazing however the receptionist at the front is very rude and doesn't greet you at all. Very bad attitude! I would give this place more stars but the front receptionists attitude is uncalled for.

They need to fire Leslie! She is rude and curt on the phone. I note other prople have had the same experience. Wake up.... this is the first impression people have of your business! I eventually ended my conversation and moved on to find a different provider

Front office staff is very unprofessional. Standing at the front window with a room full of people and my kids sitting there, she starts asking me custody questions. I told her that I didnt feel comfortable talking about all of that out in the open. I asked if we could speak privately. She got very sarcastic and looked at me like I was being unreasonable. I felt extremely vulnerable in front of everyone and just wanted to know what I was supposed to do and how to do it. I walked out feeling embarrassed. I called when I got home and spoke with the office manager. She thinks that they handled everything great. And she told me that they do not have any private rooms. She also had the audacity to ask me if we were court ordered there. I hung the phone up after that. So a counseling and consulting company that doesn't have any private rooms. Hmmm. Heaven forbid they provide a safe place to inform clients. I have no idea how the therapy is. I will continue to search until I find the right place for my kids. Its emotional enough doing this, it doesn't help at all when you have to deal with people who have no business doing what they are doing. They obviously have not had any training on anything other than how to get paid by the insurance company. Privacy confidentiality and discretion are important to me. So is being treated like a person and not a paycheck. This is just my experience, I hope other people have had a better one and gotten the help that they need.

My records request was resolved.......My daughter received excellent care from her therapist Kathy. Unfortunately her insurance changed and we were unable to continue here.
