My family was in crisis mode. We were told by the receptionist that all the paperwork was done when I called the day before our appointment. I even called 3 times to pull up the session because things were so serious. When Angela the Therapist showed up she had a look of disgust on her face like she didn't even want to be there. Then to make matters worse the paper work was not done and the receptionist kept coming out for us to sign one more page...again and again. It was obvious she didn't know what she was doing to get us past the paperwork stage. I feared they would reschedule us because of this. I started to have a panic attack over it. My family needed help now! Angela came out and said we need to fill out all the paper work still and reschedule because she had a 1pm. She said this coldly with zero empathy for me, my wife and 15 month old daughter. Just a mean stone cold look. We were holding on by a thread as a family and told to reschedule... I was devastated. One of us was so upset even before we arrived we took separate cars to make sure we got there on time to sign in. We were not asked if we were ok to drive home. (No one of us had to pull over to break down with our daughter in the car) I tried to call and talk to the owner 3 times and the receptionist hung up on me each time. We were offered 1 free 30 minute session. Wow. Well...too little too late. My family has split. When we needed help the most you dropped the ball and now my daughter is in a broken home.

TL;DR: I edited my review because the owner reached out to me to fix the issue I had. I will update this after it's 100% straightned out. My daughter has been seeing a counselor here for the past 6 months or so. The counselor was very good, had a deep understanding of what we needed, and made a huge impactful difference in our family. Our counselor was given notice, and we initially were told a non compete agreement kept her from continuing to see us as clients. However the owner did eventually reach out to us indicating that they would waive the Non Compete contract for us to continue seeing the counselor, as she was not attempting to take clients away from the practice. I wish the administration handled the situation differently, but overall I believe they are trying to be helpful.
