Love the care and treatment my son receives from all the therapist. We've been coming here since Eli was 3 months and he is now 9months and the staff have been so patient with his stubbornness and crying fits that I think he's finally warmed up to them all.

The staff here is great!! No complains what so ever we love it they are flexible and We have visibly seen progress in my child as soon as we get in the parking lot she says "play" she gets super excited we have seen different OT and speech my daughter liked Jessica I believe idk I'm horrible with names but we are very happy with all the staff

Our daughter has been going here for treatment since about 5 months old. We've seen several therapists and they are all excellent! As her therapy needs change, her physical therapists anticipate her next goals. I highly recommend this clinic for any child's therapy needs.

My child had began stuttering severly & became very insecure. Ms. Morgan Kuhnh was her Speech Therapist. My child showed immediate improvement. It's been 1 year now and my child shows no signs of stuttering any longer. I am grateful for the dedication & compassion Ms Morgan showed. I recommend the Goodyear location 100%!!!

I love taking my son to AZOPT. Our physical therapist is the best. She always knows what my son needs, how to help him, and works very hard to help him be at his best. We have only been to clinic a few times but every time we go the staff is amazing and very friendly. I would highly recommend AZOPT Kidsplace.

We’ve been going to kids place west for almost a year now. Mrs. Bobbi is amazing and has helped our daughter grow so much from improving her torticolis to now helping her learn to walk. She has helped us learn how to continue therapy on a daily basis as well as connecting us with resources for our daughter. Wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else.

The care my son received was phenomenal I would give this place five stars but we left with such a bad taste in our mouths as far as customer service goes. Laura handled the insurance aspect of my son's care. We went weeks paying $25 per visit after a few weeks of paying that I inquired why we were paying if we had surpassed are deductible. After Laura looked into it sure enough we were not required to pay that money and we have yet to be reimbursed the hundreds of dollars we paid. She also told my husband that care would be covered at 100% my husband specifically asked Laura if we needed a note from our pediatric doctor in which she told him no we will take care of it. The past few months we have had non-stop calls saying that we owed money because the insurance did not cover my son's therapy after speaking with multiple front desk personnel we were told it's our responsibility to find out why Insurance did not cover my son's care after one simple call to the insurance I quickly found out all that was needed was a letter that my husband originally offered to request from the pediatric doctor. The fact that the office couldn't take 5 minutes out of their time to call the insurance company and find out that our claim was denied due to a simple letter and then turn around and blame us for the bill not being paid by insurance is absolutely mind-blowing and a poor example of customer service. So between kids place still not refunding us our money and our Insurance claim not done properly the first time and being denied then to have the finger pointed at us I give 2 stars. And I want to be clear of the two stars is because the care is phenomenal the therapists are phenomenal. Experience outside of the clinic was awful.
