I see Connie Chevalier on a regular basis. Connie has helped me more than any provider I have ever gone to. Connie is very thorough, kind and patient. She's non-judgemental and treats me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend her!! Laura
I have been seeing Jean Boga, ANP for medication management for several years. Jean is caring, knowledgeable and professional. She makes me comfortable talking about anything without judgment. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. The entire staff is professional and working with them is a pleasure, they have incredible attention to detail and really develop a great personal relationship with you. I couldn't be happier - excellent service, great people, flexible with scheduling and super responsive. Added bonus: I just learned about their "Wellness Yoga" program on their website, I have contacted them to join and look forward to participating.

Thank you Counsiling Soultions Of Alaska for offering a unique opportunity to help me with my life. I cannot express it enough.
If you need help, don’t call them. They will tell you they will call you back, but they won’t, and when you follow up to tell them that you are disappointed, they’ll treat you like it’s nothing. They did offer to have me call the therapist personally to work it orut, but when you are told that the therapist isn’t accepting patients after you called and was told weeks prior that they’d try to work with you then they say they have no room even though you were waiting, you don’t expect to be taken seriously by that office. If you take your mental health seriously, just don’t with them. I’ve never reviewed anything on Google before and I don’t plan on doing it again, but if you’re an Alaskan who needs help you also deserve to be taken seriously instead of waiting on calls back for weeks. As someone seeking help from a therapist after a nearly disastrous experience with therapy, I don’t get the sense that the front desk understands she’s dealing with people who need help.
Just started seeing Dr. Meghan Yarmak as her specialty is with people going through fertility, pregnancy, and post-pregnant hardships. She has a wealth of knowledge and is very nice. I get a really good feeling about the front staff and doctor dynamic as well.
What an amazing team of counselors. Having someone to talk to that will listen and help you sort through all of Life's issues is priceless. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone. I highly recommend the caring counselors here if you need someone to reach out to.
I went for an Appt. Was told upon arrival that the ADD/ADHD test was 350 dollars. No option of a payment plan as I was only 50 dollars short. They made it clear that I could pay up front or not be seen at all. The front desk lady just said, “ I don’t know what to tell you, those are the rules.” And went back to whatever she was doing on the computer, completely ignoring me while I stood at the counter at a loss for words. They don’t care about your health, only if you can pay for it first.

They've really helped me alot...i just love my counselor...shes amazing...
I was seen by Connie Chevalier, and it was the single most uncomfortable experience of my life. I have severe anxiety and within 20 mins of meeting her she tried to bully me into taking birth control. I was only there for med management. She also called my boyfriend overweight and weighed me and implied that he was making me fat. Extremely unprofessional. After I declined birth control she said she wouldn't see me unless I took it, and that I wasn't going to be able to find anyone else and I would lose my prescription. This is not how you treat someone with anxiety. She shouldn't have interactions with people who have behavioral health problems.
I see a couple of counselors here and I’ve never had anything but a good experience. Meghan is my primary therapist and I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. I feel like I’ve come a long way with my anxiety and dealing with my stress. I would recommend counseling solutions of Alaska to anybody
