Waited for the doctor to review my chart to schedule an appointment for over a month. They would not schedule an appointment until the doctor reviewed my previous chart. When I finally had my chart reviewed I found out the doctor only works 2.5 days a week. Wasted a lot of time trying to schedule an appointment and ended up having to go somewhere else because my schedule would not allow me to go on Monday or Tuesday. Would have been nice to make an appointment and then have them reschedule if they couldn’t get my records reviewed in time or at least known she only sees patients part of the week.

The office manager was very rude and disrespectful. Tried to tell me where he had to send a referral and was wrong according to that agency. When I attempted to correct him I was told "Do not interrupt me". I will never go back to the clinic due to the disrespectful know-it-all attitude of this one person.

Would have been five stars prior to today. I have been a patient here for 5 years now and love my practitioner, Diana Hess. She is personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. My husband has been a patient for more than 10 years. We recently ran into some confusion regarding our insurance coverage and what we thought was a paid bill was turned over to collections without even a phone call. As soon as we realized what had happened (a couple of weeks ago) my husband paid the bill. Now, I am out of a prescription for depression and they refuse to refill it due to this one issue in years of paying up front for services. This medication is a big deal to suddenly not have access to and I find it really disappointing that a Christian clinic would deny a refill to a long standing patient and show such disregard for the well-being of a patient. Prior to today I would have highly recommended the clinic, but I'm really disappointed by today's interaction.

Disabled Veteran... I believe this is the worst clinic EVER... I had a doctor who I spent an hour going over my medical history then he quit before my next appointment... I got empanelled with a new doctor who changes up my medication due to a possible drug interaction, but never puts an order in! so I'm out my medication for a week and get the rudest medical assistant from some third world country trying to blame me... This guy then proceeds to cancel my appointments/referred me back to the VA and all without informing me... Thanks for not having any medical ethics!!! If you are a Veteran do not choose this place... I wouldn't recommend anybody go there for even an emergency... I also do not know how some people rated their doc 5 stars with the level of incompetence that I've seen so far :/

I'm a female Veteran and I have been using Choice to see Dr. Minton as my PCM/PCP. She is very caring, holistic in her approach to medical needs, and thinks about my long-term health. I highly recommend Dr. Minton!
