Trish at this location was very rude to me, in regards to getting help much needed, she assumed i was calling for medication and its very unfortunate because we have an epidemic here in anchorage of mental illness and depression. Her unprofessional demeanor was very discouraging and i pray this can be dealt with accordingly. Unfortunatly she wouldnt tell me her last name, just Trish, then went ahead and hung up on me being one sided as if i have a mental illness.

Receptionist wasn’t helpful, couldn’t even schedule an appointment for my kid . We had to go somewhere else
