I have been going to Grayson for 3 years now. I like going to nurse practitioners. They tend to give you more time and really listen. I see Amanda Boyd. She is amazing!

I know nothing of the doctors or therapists. What I do know is that I've called nearly everyday for over a month and left message after message, and got nothing. Not so much as one call back. I was desperate, am desperate still. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

If I was going to rate the scheduling representatives and customer care, it'd have to be a 1 star, HOWEVER that isn't fair for the doctors that have put the time and effort into helping me. I have had 2 AMAZING doctors at Grayson & Associates and THEY are the ones who deserve the praise. Thank you for your help.. Now get better front desk staff.

I HAVE never seen customer service like this before in my entire life. Long story short I was given the wrong medical records and the lady at the front desk in Homewood whom was at the front desk when I walked in eating told the lady to get my records instead of her getting up and her excuse was that she was on break when my records were literally sitting right behind her and I had to go through a whole ordeal of trying to obtain them and once I did make it up there to get them they were in complete, somebody needs to file a medical state board claim against these people.

Don't work to help patients, just a place to prescribe heavy doses of medication, front desk help suck. The record department is the worst you will ever have deal with. Therapists lie, lie, lie, just a money making practice. The Doctors are crazier than the patients. Yeah by the way how do you turn away patients that need help. They put me out not even concerned , want even see me. Want prescribe my medications.

DON'T SEE PRUITT!! I made an appointment though the correct channels for my very first session ever. I was lwft in the waiting room for 30 minutes because Pruitt said she "didn't know I was waiting". Then, she said she wanted to see me every 2 weeks and would contact me to set it up. When Week 2 started to come to a close and I still hadn't heard from her, I lwft a voicemail. When I didn't get a call back, I faxed. Still no response until the middle of the day I was supposed to see her per what she told me on that first visit and this was BY TEXT FROM HER PERSONAL PHONE. She tells me a day and time that is different from what we originally discussed and what I was able to secure with work. So I had to renegotiate with my boss for the new day. I couldn't make the next two sessions due to illness and a doctor appointment that was scheduled a year ago and communicated this to her both times. I arrive for the next session only to find out she had given my slot to someone else without talking to me about it. She had the audacity to look at me like I was burdening her by being there and asked for me to wait until the patient was finished. Never mind the fact that this is the day and time she told me, never mind that I drove from Georgia, never mind the fact that the whole experience with her the epitome of poor professionalism - I was the burden. If you want someone professional, don't use Pruitt.

This place is no more a counseling center than a pile of books is a tree. I was hospitalized for suicidal ideation in November 2014 and I was treated by a psychiatrist here in the hospital named Dr. Callahan. Being the hospital for seven days, she talked to me one a day on three of them for less than twenty minutes. When I was released from the hospital and began seeing her at this office she did absolutely NOTHING to help me. Driving from Montevallo to this place took forty-five minutes and we had to wait for about twenty more minutes. When I finally got in to see her she didn't ask me how I was, how I felt, or anything that gave the impression she cared. The therapy (If you can call it that) lasted fifteen minutes and she wrote in her notes for three of them. All she did was ask about what I'm doing in the future and then she just gave me a prescription for medication. I would be depressed and contemplating suicide before I left the parking lot because I felt so terrible that the help I got from the hospital was doing virtually nothing to help me. This place isn't full of therapists, It's just "drug dealers." Giving this place one star is generous. Do not set foot in any Grayson & Associates office.

I have been a patient for a year & have been very satisfied with my care. I see a CRNP for my meds & she is ABSOLUTELY wonderful, she actually listens to me while I’m attempting to describe how things have been. She only adjusts my medicine with my approval IF she thinks I need it. I don’t have to come in every month, I come in anywhere from 3-6 months. The front desk people are polite but not overly fake polite, I understand that working at a place that deals with mental health issues you cannot be to sweet or too rude. I never had an issue setting up my first appointment since I did everything online & it was super quick. I contacted them on a Wednesday morning, heard back from them that afternoon, & my appointment was set for that next week.

I have never left a review for any company until now. This company is undoubtedly the worst healthcare practice I’ve ever attended. From not getting a prescription until 2 weeks after I called it in to their customer service hotline being completely useless to arriving for my appointment just to learn that it was cancelled. Until they fix these issues, do not become a patient here.

Horrible nasty attitude u have to leave a message and after waiting 15 to 20 mins on a call is terrible then some agent by the name of Kristen cut me off and hung up the phone on me then I asked for a supervisor tayla who told me she was tired of repeating herself because I needed my meds then I talked to another manager who told me that it was a courtesy for him to do pre with ughhh please don't go here the receptionist up front told me it was a inconvience to talk to her about my pre authorization Keith Barham is awful you do better seeking help from a dog If I could give them zero stars I would
