Pill pusher doctor. Saw her 2 1/2 time for long term clinical depression. Thats a total of 1 hr 15 mins Then didnt want me to come back for 3 mos ?? No help, just more pills.

I cannot express how horrible this organization is for the mental health community!!! I’ve needed help for 20 years controlling my bipolar condition. Moved to Birmingham and fell into crisis mode and ended up using Grayson as my doctors. Grayson is a corporation and run like it. Profit is the only driving force for them!! The overall reviews for all locations speak volumes. Do not use if you have a choice. My experience and stress caused by Grayson caused my illness to become so bad I was hospitalized. Get ready for their standard answer to everything. Will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours.

I see a nurse practitioner at Grayson & Associates named Pam Trull and she is amazing. She takes her time and really listens to what I have to say and she's good about following up with me when I call the office with a question. I am very pleased and recommend her highly.

Would gladly give no stars but it want let me. We saw if you can call it that Dr Schachtu he called us back he spoke to me the whole time never once said a word to my son the actual patient. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Had a problem with insurance and the perscription called them by 9:45 AM a return call are nothing called back and they said he was just booked solid and did not have time to return called it might be in a couple days. And I told him he had no medication because of a horrible reaction to medication before that had happened over the weekend. I am done with heartless so called Dr. We will look for one who has time for proper care and treatment. And someone who does not have so many patients they can not take time for them. Suggest never making the call for a appointment.

Felt very rushed thru my visit. Can't get anyone to answer to phone...ever. For appointments or refills. Very frustrated ! Thus is a place that treats people with mental issues. Yet, you can't reach them !!!

The experience itself was rushed and they seemed to care very little for their patients. The answering service is awful and they never get back to you in a timely manner. I will not be going back.

Wish I could give no stars...the doctor was OK but the receptionists are very rude and incompetent...over a month after signing a release and still cannot get documents faxed to the insurance company so I could get paid no phone call backs ever and doctor refuses to release me to go back to work...stuck in a catch 22....run away as fast as you can

The most horrible Doctor I have EVER seen. I asked for an Adderall refill and he gave it to me without question. But he refused to give prior authorization. So I had to pay the full price. Screwy Doctor! And rude receptionists.

Rude receptionists. Therapist did not take my issues seriously that have caused me to miss work told me "you sound normal" wrote the incorrect date on the appointment card for an appointment with a doctor to get medicine. As a person with anxiety it's already a feat to overcome going to a therapist for the first time, and she made my worst fears true. I will take my business elsewhere and find someone who cares and is not there just for the $$$.

Very mismanaged organization. Not very patient focused and as a business ran by what appears to be very poor management. I had an early morning appointment that I made at one office. When my appointment time and day came time I arrived at the office to a locked door and other patients waiting in the lobby saying they had been there over an hour and nobody was there. After another half hour of scrambling and one patient driving to another office to be able to talk to somebody in person, we found out they had closed that office and moved to another location. Their response, “Yeah, we closed that office, the letter telling you we had moved didn’t go out as scheduled.” Never mind the appointment reminder call that I received where it would have been easy to include this information. Also if you are going to see patients early in the morning, you need to make sure your phones for the office actually work and don’t roll over to the overnight answering service who has no insight into the operations of the “practice”. I’ll be finding a new doctor...

I hate to even give one star! I have been seeing doctors at Grayson and Associates since December 2010. It was the beginning of my mental health problems and they only go worse as the years went by. I saw several doctors and they were all bad. The last doc I saw there refused to let my husband go back with me even though I wanted him there. I do believe that's illegal. I got progressively sick under this practice to the point that I do not remember March 2018. Luckily, my husband got me out from under them and I will tell everyone I can to NEVER go to this practice. I have heard bad stories from other former patients too but I will only speak for myself. Do yourself or your family member a favor and NEVER EVER go here. Worst experience.

I’ve been going to Grayson and Associates for a couple months now and the licensed mental health provider is excellent. HOWEVER, when I wanted to request to alter my medication, the receptionist was extremely rude. She laughed at me for not being able to explain my situation properly and even suggested I take another form of medication and dose, which almost seems like a violation of some sort of medical policy or code. I talked to the supervisor, who then said she would take the complaint “into consideration” and offered no further information. They were absolutely rude and made me feel stupid. If you could somehow not go through the receptionist to get through to see a mental health provider, I would recommend them.
