They won't answer there phones and make you wait anywhere from 30 mins to a hour or won't see you the one in Huntington is awesome

The Drs and np are wonderful but the lady at the first window is pretty rude. On the 16th all she done was cry, ignored patients, and was saying things very loudly that in my opinion she shouldn't have shared. Then today I had to take my daughter to the vision center and the entire time we were in the eye Dr she kept staring at us giving us evil stares my daughter asked what we done wrong. I told her I have no idea I don't know her. Honestly I don't know anyone in WV we are new to the area. I feel that this kind of action should've never happened. Very upset patient

I love it there the doctors are all good then PA is in the nursery draw good everybody understands and uses terms that I can understand
