I am always able to get an appointment when I need it, the wait time is minimal, the receptionists are friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable.

The front desk lady's are very sweet and so are the doctors but the lady who takes the nurse line calls is very rude and acts as if you don't know anything about your own health. I would not recommend calling her for any questions what so every I would call the main hospital nurse line for question. Exspecially if you are short tempered such as myself because there is nothing I would like more than to tell her off . I will not be calling for help with anything again. This note is for the OBGYN CLINIC

I'm an employee at the medical center and again disappointed by the lack of customer service when I try t o use one of the Medical center clinics. I have called the prescription line and the general number and left messages and no one calls back.

Had several doctors, all have been very intrusive and did not care about patient privacy at all. Would not recommend.

My wife has seen the team of OBGYN Dr.s for the entirety of her pregnancy. She has had a very difficult pregnancy with severe symptoms of cholestasis, all noted by the attending physician. After her last visit of the second trimester we mentioned the severe itching of feet and the swelling of her extremities. This visit was dismissed as normal pregnancy symptoms. Over a month later, now into the third trimester, we have found out from a single e.r. visit that she has cholestasis and gall stones. Surgery is a high risk in the third trimester and should have been addressed during the aforementioned visit while surgery in the second trimester is a lesser risk to my wife and unborn child. Now we are left to deal with the risk of surgery during the third trimester or the risk of leaving a baby in the womb with untreated gallstones and cholestasis. I am resentful that this situation was not properly addressed during the second trimester when a concern for cholestasis was specifically mentioned.

Their seem to be allot of unfrirndly medical representives. They are said to be student nurse though some are "over qualified" and can not complete tasks. Standard charges exceeds normal expenses. The undergradate degree program is unsatisfactory for consumers. I suggest private care as a last resort.
