The people at the Bridgeport location are rude and disrespectful. Even the doctors don't try to help the medication they prescribed doesn't help and they won't change anything. They won't hear what you have to say and if they do they act like your lying they're supposed to be a pain management Clinic I have seen several orthopedic doctors who say my back and hip are in bad shape but at ccwv they say x-rays don't show anything. I think they just don't care about their patients well being or recovery and That is wrong I don't recommend that anyone goes there unless you have no other choice.

Completely and utterly rude reception and behavioral health staff. I have over an hours drive and was a few minutes late to my appointment. The front reception, Ivy, was incredibly rude to me. Brenda was behind the counter throwing a fit looking at her watch. I told her I could just leave if she wanted me to, but said she’d see if she could do anything with the most annoyed look on her face, and upon sitting down the other patients said they were very rude to them, also. This is only my second visit here and despite how much I like the Doctor, I’ll never go back as long as they are in employment. Even on my follow up call with Brenda, she totally disregarded everything the doctor had stated in the initial appointment as far as follow up went. I ignored it and decided to wait, but this was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. I understand from a customer service perspective, as I have worked in customer service/reception before as well, but regardless you should never be rude to a patient. You work for them. I am irrevocably terminating them as my physicians office, and will revoke any recommendations I may have previously made.

I would give this place 0 stars of possible. Reception staff were rude at the Weston location. They fired my therapist ( who I absolutley loved working with) and then made no effort what so ever to help me reestablish mental health care. Also they released my medical records without my consent. Please do not go here if you want your dignity and your privacy protected!!! The supervising staff do not care about the patients and neither does community care as whole. They only care about the paycheck you come with!!! I am personally removing all of my buisness from any and all community cares with in thi state and going to private practices.
