It was horrible ,I waited 6 months for and appointment finally got one and was so rileived help was on the way,I called every week faithfully,had trouble with insurance because they didn't know how to fill paper work out,I called before my last appointment told them insurance wasn't covering my script so she set me another appointment that Friday after ,they rescheduled ,they did ,I would not miss an appointment after waiting so long to get in,so the are cancelling me from from appointment because they saying I missed appointment, So frustrated,I need the help,the nurses or whoever the lady is up front desk was hateful and rude,blaming me for missing an apontment they changed, My apinion if I had cash they would give me an appointment first thing in morning and be nice to me,what hapened to the old time doctors that care about you and giving you the right diognosis and help you regardless if you you poor or not,remind you have insurance but they don't know how to do paperwork,it's not about helping you at this place it's about money,and let me tell you after talking to them all week ,every time I get off the phone with anyone in that office I feel like I'm no good or worth the time, Am I frustrated yeah I am,an appointment they changed and paperwork they can't fill out puts me back into my addiction that they could help me with but they don't care about me they have 100 other patiants they get to bully around,how in the world this place gets by with this I'll never know

Very good doctor! told me he would have me feeling better and he did just that. I feel hopeful now due to his help and him working with my other doctors.
