Starting off with a new Psychiatrist is always challenging but I was immediately put at ease by Dr Chambers. He is very knowledgeable not only about bipolar but by the medications which are the most effective. He discusses the side effects & benefits at length but never denies that many of the medications may also be used for other mental issues which can make one very anxious. He is direct but realistic about the care & management necessary to hopefully reducing my medications with time I appreciate his making me feel that I .too must play a roll in my own bipolar condition.
