HORRIBLE customer service!! Never been treated so poorly by a health care professional's office!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My partner and I both (independently) tried to be seen here for months for anxiety & depression issues, kept being told different information every time. I don't know if it's just the office staff or what but its hard to get an appointment. They refer you to their crisis line which just refers you back to the office. Thankfully we found The Cascade Group in Blacksburg and they have so far been wonderful.
