Staff and doctors are excellent!

Entire office including waiting area is filthy! The doctors office was a mess, and there was distracting construction going on during our visit. I felt like the doctors didnt listen to my childs need. We are transfering back to UVA!

I just spent a week here. Not the best. Very unsanitary, not to mention they don't have any of their stuff together. There is only one decent doctor there, and that's the nightshift doctor. The only one that understands the kids and isn't mean or nasty. Most of the staff doesn't understand what these kids need at all, they're mean and rude to the kids. Overall this place is just not a nice place. I could say more but I think I've said enough. Also, get rid of the restraints. Talk to the kids.

This place is seriously disturbing. Dr Wilson and his staff were not only unhelpful in treating my son. I'm baffled he was referred here in the first place. He left feel traumatized. Staff members were rude, laughing and mocking my kid. These people are unskilled in treating children with mental illness and disabilities. They are not knowledgeable and lack compassion. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking help for their kid. These kids are locked in rooms and viewed on video monitors. Who knows the abusive treatment they are subjected to. Physical restraints are used.
