I only dealt with one doctor. Dr. Bobb who is a psychiatrist there. He is a believer in the Tom Cruise theory of healing. He believes healing comes from meditation and yoga. He didn't believe i suffered from anxiety or depression, just drug addiction. haha, he told me in 10 minutes what i needed to do. Not a whole lot of care or understanding. Just wanted me to spend a TON!!! of money on a treatment center. I take the oxycodene to alleviate my anxiety attacks. I went from around 80 mg to 20 mg in one week. But he wouldn't help with a less strong and safer drug to alleviate the anxiety attacks. Just still wanted me to go to treatment. Is it because that's his payday when you sign up, or is it because he is a Tom Cruise believer in psychiatry. I don't know, but i do know he was useless, except in wasting more money and time on him. I don't know if this is the whole clinic or just him. But i hope this will help someone not waste their money or time on him. Good luck to you Michael Schneider

Called the morning of to cancel an appointment in the afternoon due to an emergency. (I have never done this before, mind you.) I was asked to leave a message to my psychiatrist to tell her the situation. The next day I am called to say I’m being charged a $75 late cancellation fee because “the committee” didn’t believe that my excuse of a death was valid enough to waive the late cancellation fee. Mind you I suffer from extreme depression, and I did not feel like telling the clinic every personal detail of what was going on while I was driving out of state for this. The receptionists are nice and friendly as long as you’re coughing up money, but the second you question anything, they become rude and condescending. Half the staff there should be the ones seeing a shrink. Don’t waste your time here.

Living 50 miles away, show up at 20 minutes after an 8 am appointment and was turned away. There were 10 minutes left in my appointment, now I'm heading home, 1 1/2 hr drive. Wish I could control traffic. When you have mental illness and are concerned about you medication levels and refills, this is NOT the place to go. This is not the 1st time I have left in a bad headspace after seeing Dr. Aaron Bobb. I have contacted management, let's see if they can resolve my missed day of work, mileage, bill for being turned away and no help, that is actually needed. What am I to do when my pills run out? Is it my fault when a dr. that is supposed to make me stable, rocks the boat?

I've had a great experience here so far. From the person I meet with to the front desk staff, it is a welcoming and warm environment. The key (although not easy when you are struggling with depression and anxiety) is to not stop looking until you find the counselor or psychiatrist that works for YOU. And the holds true for any place you try.

My doctor over here was Dr. Wu. She doesn't like I talk about side effects of meds her priscribed. I gained weight more than 20lb in one year. It should be for meds cuz it's a common side effect. She said it's about my age. When I visited last time, I was told I missed my appointment. I don't think I did. The receptionist told me I can still see her, and this Doctor came out. I thought she came called me, but she looked at me with very cold eyes and said "Not you. You missed 1pm appointment." Is there any other way to communicate? If your condition is depressive, I don't recommend you to visit this doctor. You may feel to kill yourself if your condition is low. Then what is the purpose of visiting her? Lol

Dr. Triet Nguyen is a great doctor. I have been seeing him for years and he has done an excellent job watching out for my medications and condition. Highly recommend for medication management. Very nice, smart doctor.
