No one answeres phones or calls back! A joke practice. They say they cant get you in and its an needed apt. Way to be there for pt. In need.

Did not reply to email or return phone calls. When I was finally able to get a return call, I was told by the requested provider that she was not seeing new patients. I was then asked to advocate to my insurance company for higher reimbursement rates. Unprofessional.

My son and I have been seeing Nancy Hamlin for about 4 years She is wonderful and very thorough and you can tell she truly cares about her Clients. Bay psychiatric’s Office staff is very polite and nice and the office is very clean and relaxing.

I really don't understand why there's so many bad reviews. Yes, you need to actually leave a voicemail to get a call back. You can go in and make an appointment, fill out the paperwork so it's already done. I have been seeing Dr Choi for 1.5 year's. I have honestly seen more psychiatrist's than I can count over the last 26 year's, the 1.5 year's here probably doesn't add up to the time of being in and out of other's. This is the longest I have ever stayed with because honestly I think half of the psychiatrist out there need one more than we do. I have never had any problems and if there was a small mix up or misunderstanding rather it was me or them it was taken care of immediately. I can make a payment when I'm there, have my next appointment when I leave. If my medication date's don't work with my pharmacy hour's on weekends and I need it refilled a day or two early it's taken care of. I've never worried about my meds, about getting in or even if I have a bill I can't pay all at once they work with you on what you can do as long as you keep your promise. I love this place and I've recommended it to many people and I will continue to do so.

I was left without a controlled medication for over a week. When calling to have it filled, I had to call at LEAST 6 times where I was told they would not fill them. The receptionist is absolutely USELESS and if your needing help this definately not a place you need to see

Let's see if we can get this BS business lowered a couple more stars both my mother and father see people here because they both have insurance that is covered they won't take my insurance and when my parents do go in their appointments or at least 10 to 20 minutes late Bay psychiatric doesn't care about his patients it's all about money first with them lets try to show this place as the 1 star s*** hole that it is

Awful. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years and have not been able to get ahold of anyone to schedule for over a month. For a NEEDED appointment. If you need urgent refills or an appointment quickly this is not the place to go.

Mrs. Heysoon is the best. She takes her time with each patient. She really knows her stuff. Times to take meds and why. I highly recommend her if your looking for a phyciatrist!!

They left me a message, of two weeks away. They told me to call back to reschedule, I called 3 times never got a live person. I gave up.
