Don’t recommend. They don’t follow up when you leave various voicemails and send emails even when it’s for an urgent refill. You cannot talk to someone unless you want to talk to billing or go there in person. They will not clearly detail how payments work until after they’ve charged your credit card on file.

After trying other methods before and having mixed, but not completely successful results, this method appears to be working for me. The initial evaluation is very convenient and personally interactive (even though it is a web meeting). A computer with internet access, a microphone and a camera is needed.
