Just made a call here and the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming AT ALL. Working in this sort of field you should immediately make a new patient feel welcome and at ease. I felt everything but that when I was on the phone. I also let her know that there google information was incorrect. The number they have is to a carpet cleaner (who was actually much more friendly than the lady I just spoke with!) I had to find their number on the website. Also, their days and times are not correct. They are not open on Saturday. Very unprofessional to have important information like that not correct on your google search. Also, she was not very polite and didn’t seem concerned when I let her know this information. If I was in charge of any sort of business I would be thanking someone for letting me know my information wasn’t correct. I decided right away after her response that this was not a place I would want to go! Unprofessional to say the least.
