Office staff was very rude to myself and other patients I assume. These people are going through difficult and they don’t even care to be courteous to them. Didn’t care to respond to the voicemails that left. I would stay as far away from here as possible.

Note, I just walked out of the "office" and I am iriate by the unprofessionalism and disrespectful demeanor I received from the office staff and "Dr." Prince. All of them, espically the minimum wage thrifty meth user receptionists. One star is to generous for this establishment! Know the reviews are the truth and DO NOT use your funds or any kind of insurance to keep them in business!

My experience with Michael Prince has been a very good one. He is always very friendly, considerate and easy to talk to. The office staff is helpful and courteous as well. I was surprised to see the one star reviews on here, to be honest. Sad to see that people didn’t have good experiences but please take into account that those were probably people who were upset by something personal that happened. Im very pleased with what I’ve seen in the 5 months of coming here and I’d recommend giving them a chance to see if they’re a good fit for you before writing the practice off completely.
