I loved coming in to see Janlyn Anthony!...BUT, once I saw that Dr. Maria Haine worked there I said never again and that sucks because Ms. Anthony was and is a good person. I never felt rushed seeing her. Now Dr. Haines on the other hand has absolutely no business having a medical license, or even dealing with people in general. Rude, Condescending, Disrespectful...Telling a person with MDD to get over themselves and stop acting like an idiot...Do yourself have favor if your reading this...Stay away from Satan's minion..Yes I mean Dr. Maria Haine.

This place is HORRIBLE. They treated my husband like dirt, they can’t write a prescription properly to save their lives. Their billing is completely sporadic and outdated, you have to go into the office to make any payments, they won’t call you back if you try to call to make a payment. This place is the worst, I would not recommend anybody stay here, go find another psychiatrist office ASAP.

If you are ADHD /ADD DO NOT GO HERE!!! They YANKED me off of my meds. Ive been in withdrawl, cannot function at work and I am still waiting for an appointment to be RETESTED 3 months later!!!

I see Mrs. Anthony here and find her to be an exceptional PA. She is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. She truly cares about what's happening in my life. Our relationship has grown over the last few years and I look forward to seeing her so that we can catch up with each other. She is truly a wonderful person and an excellent provider!

I was nervous about going here after reading all the reviews, but my experience was good. I saw Lindsey Hawkins and she was very kind and professional and was caring in her approach. I came for psychiatry not therapy and that's what I got.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Let's start with the receptionist, shall we...She's incredibly rude, spent more time on her private call than speaking to me. When she did finally make time, she gave me an attitude for inquiring about billing and tossed a card at me "Here's the billing office, ask them". And the doctors...get paid way too much for what little time they 'attempt' to help. Big fans of throwing pills at the issues rather than actual therapy. The practice rakes in 2.5 million per year. They care about $$$ not their patients

The only reason this place is still in business is because people are in desperate need of help, help they don’t get because Insight Physicians is only in business to take your money and treat you horribly in the process. I’ve asked to speak with the manager Sarrah a number of times and its not hard to tell she’s lazy (and avoidant) and could careless about the treatment being delivered to patients. People need help I get it, that’s why they return but this establishment is mental abuse and not fit for mental health treatment in any shape or form!

Please please please NEVER go to this place. I have a history of mental illness and I knew what worked and what didn't in terms of medication- which is what a psychiatrist does (I have a therapist at another place). My doctor DID NOT listen to me and put me on the drugs I knew never helped me. After they did not work, she decided to put me on anti-psychotics which do not treat what I have been diagnosed with. She was HORRIBLE and did not listen to me and made me cry because of her hideously condescending attitude. I sincerely hope this practice and this doctor go out of business because of the way they treated me, knowing that many people come here to seek help and some are not at their strongest points in life.

In my opinion, they are wonderful. I had switched psychiatrists many times over the last few years and could not find a good fit for my son, we were really looking to connect and feel like we were in good hands. Our first visit here, they exceeded my expectations- Our Psychiatrist was so knowledgeable and caring and overall fantastic. We will absolutely continue to go back here!

Their front desk is horrible. You already feel bad and these people think they can talk to you any way they please and even hang up on you. Their office manager makes excuses instead of addressing the problems. As for the Dr. They rush you in for about 5-10 minutes and already have a prescription pad out with your name on it. There is no therapy here and I feel they are just a money pit. You will not get the support and help you need.

I have never been made to feel so beneath myself as this practice has done. Both times I visited (once with a therapist in September and once with a psychiatrist in May), both doctors were incredibly judgmental and made me feel looked down upon. Also, the receptionist, both times, was rude as hell. Incredibly unprofessional.

My PCP had referred me to call this facility and schedule an appointment. Their directory assistant was very rude and unfriendly and disconnected my call. People are seeking help should not be giving attitude over the phone for not reason .

Strange and unprofessional experience. Provider did not follow up as agreed. I know its hard to find a psychiatrist, especially or kids, but I would go elsewhere.

Wow. I had an identical experience to most of these other reviewers. Every psychiatrist I am paired with ends up leaving the practice. I think I’ve seen around 5 different practitioners because they keep leaving. I finally was paired with Julie Smyser, whom I really liked and clicked with. I saw her once and was notified when I arrived for my next visit, that she had left. Julie had mentioned that the management was a problem. I was then paired with Janlyn Anthony most recently which was a really stressful and emotionally draining visit that still reverberates weeks later. As another reviewer mentioned, I felt bad about myself after leaving. Patients here are likely struggling with challenges and should be dealt with accordingly. Instead, I always encounter a hostile experience. She didn’t have time for me to thoroughly answer her questions, but had plenty of time to berate me about certain lifestyle choices she didn’t agree with. The hostile experience usually revolves around the receptionist’s attitude and demeanor. I try to be overly pleasant with her but she still manages to be rude, short, and is a large reason I will no longer be scheduling appointments here. It's baffling that they don't take patient feedback into consideration. EDIT: even months after I cancelled my last appointment and made sure I was all paid up, they’re still sending me bills.
