There is one super nice receptionist and one receptionist that is a HUGE B*TCH.
A couple months ago I had a change in prescription and told the receptionist. She began explaining that this may cause a change in my billing and was really long winded about it. I asked her, can you just take my insurance change and let me worry about the other things later? The bih looked at me, slammed the glass window shut, and grabbed her supervisor who treated me just as coldly. Frustrated, I just kind of tossed my card down. The supervisor loudly insisted I not attack her. EVERYONE in the reception area was looking at me. I was humiliated. I proceeded to have a panic attack during my psychiatrist appointment. My 10 minute appointment turned into about 40 minutes because I had to calm down from the way I was treated.
The doctors and therapists are great, as is ONE receptionist. The other ones will lecture you if you are late or don't want to hear them talk. I don't have the time to find other doctors, so I'm stuck here.
Overall I don't think the older receptionists are as nice and DON'T REALIZE people are here for psychotherapy and will HUMILIATE YOU in front of EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE. You would have to hold a gun to my head to recommend this place, just because the TWO WOMEN that were INVARIABLY DISRESPECTFUL.
I recommend the doctors and therapists here, and as long as you NEVER HAVE ANY CHANGES IN YOUR LIFE EVER and you only have to sign in at the front desk you're fine. Bring something to help you with panic attacks if its a middle aged older woman as a receptionist and you have new insurance informantion.
P.S. speaking of medication it was a nightmare trying to orchestrate getting my prescription to the correct pharmacy.
