Had appointment for 3 had to get there for 230 to do paper work.I was done paper work in 10 minutes put in the waiting room at 240 set in waiting room till 330 waiting on a councilor for a assessment needless to say I walked out and will not be back

Horrible and very unprofessional facility. Absolutely useless resource for mental health care !! Avoid this place ! Central Vermont Hospital in Berlin,VT is where you will find help with mental health issues!!

Staff a very unprofessional and transphobic. I go there because I want to see a therapist because I have extreme anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder and every time I leave I feel like killing myself
