Don't contact them if it's something that you really need. It's been a month or more with no call for my first appointment. I call them and they say I'm on a list. If you are in some kind of crisis you can be seen by them. If you are not in a crisis and simply need medications changed and some counseling, you are screwed. If they weren't the only place available to me in my situation, I would move on. If you have somewhere else you can go, go there.
