THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORSE OFFICE I'VE COME ACROSS INCLUDING WEST RIDGE CLINIC. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. THEY COULD CARELESS IF U OVERDOSED AND DIED TOMORROW. THEY DON'T KEEP U INFORMED. ONE NURSE SAYS ONE THING N THEN THE NEXT ONE SAYS SOMETHING ELSE. TELL U THAT IF UR THC LEVEL GOES DOWN THEY WILL STOP TAPER N THEN THEY DON'T BOTHER CHECKING UR LEVELS!!! WOW. AND THE LIST GOES ON. I'M DEFINITELY MAKING A COMPLAINT OR TWO TO THE MEDICAL BUREAU ABOUT HOW WORTHLESS THAT PLACE IS!!!!

Dr. Hess is an excellent provider, he actually cares about his patients beyond the need for rehabilitation and maintainence. The staff is so kind and helpful, I sncerely look forward to seeing them at every appontment..Jen and Debbie are so accomodating (Megan & Justina are very much missed). If you are serious about getting and stayng clean this team will extend you a helping hand. I am very thankful to have these folks in my corner.

this is a great program if you are planning on using maintenance to get a foundation in recovery. The staff is very nice and understanding.. this is a very comfortable place to recover. Dr Hess takes time to see every patient on a regular basis and works with you on any issues. This place made it possible to live a normal life

Don't use this practice! They are neglectful and a liability to their patients! A few anecdotes... I once waited 15 minutes for the office to open for an appointment scheduled at 8:30AM. I then waited until after 9:00AM to be seen by a doctor even though I was the only patient in the waiting room. Their office is located in the basement of a dingy office complex. The exam rooms are tiny and cold. In addition, I was prescribed medication, which, I later learned, is not meant to be taken independently. The bad prescription caused me months of undue stress. Lastly, I was charged for services that should have been billed under preventative care which I learned about ONE YEAR later when the bill was sent to a collections agency. I began receiving harassing phone call and the office refused to help me even though they stated in a letter/bill sent two weeks before the collection agency was notified, that their billing system had been flawed during the last year and they knew patients were not receiving bills. Try to get in with Bruce Bullock. (People says amazing things about his practice!) Or just basically – go ANYWHERE else!
