I came for help with trauma and left with a bill for unacceptable service and more trauma. To be fair, this was my experience with one of their providers and they do have a few. So feel it out, you may have better luck with another counselor. But my experience was awful.

This place is great, and what makes it so great... Is it's contribution to society.... Giving, Caring and Sunday Good and serving to the community in any way possible... Giving Food Orders to those in desperate need of Food. In my book it definitely gets a rating of ( ***** ) And I also noticed that there should seriouly be more businesses like it in town... They basically are setup too help the public in need of HUMANITARIAN TYPE HELP, OF ALL KINDS.... Bless The Fact That There are Still People And Places Out There Who Do Care. GOOD DAY PEOPLE!

Very professional and comfortable experience. The staff was gracious. Briana Terry clearly led me through the intake questions and explained some options and the reasoning for those options as well as what to watch for and be aware of. I felt comfortable answering the questions honestly; she was neutral about strong content and also very aware to ask good questions. Overall a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Secretary was SUPER RUDE on the phone. I was calling to make an appointment for my partner who has a very busy schedule. He asked me to get him an appointment since we share coverage. The secretary was very resistant to ME making the appointment since it was not for myself, when I explained that he had a busy schedule and I was making an appointment on his behalf, she answered "Well if he's too busy, he's too busy." I have no idea if this speaks to the quality of service this agency provides, but if their secretary is any indication of how they treat their clients, NO THANK YOU.

I rarely leave negative reviews but I just feel very let down by my experience and hope to help others to avoid the same situation I found myself in. I thought I was there to see a Doctor but instead when I arrived they informed me I was seeing a "student". The consultation lacked substance and follow-thru. I ended up consulting another Physiologist at another clinic and got the proper care and diagnosis. More importantly though, when I called to share my experience they were unwilling to change the billing or offer a discount. I will update if they end up changing my charges or reach out but as of no, pretty sure they have no regard for taking client concerns seriously.
