I loved this place, and McKenzie was great. Knowledgable, easy to talk to, and very helpful--excepting in one case, when, 2 years ago, she prescribed me two drugs with strong negative interactions that I only learned about after I experienced frightening symptoms. I don't know if it was just an unusual oversight on her part, or simply a lack of knowledge. I would simply caution anyone to do their research on prescriptions before taking more than one, as doctors themselves don't always know of the interactions. One thing I am sure, she was only trying to do what she thought was best for me at the time.

Was kinda feeling betrayed today from a mental health facility. I have a lot of medical issues I am chasing, and got the day confused. I really needed a medicine adjustment, but instead of helping me and rescheduling, they immediately threw the $40 missed appointment fee at me. So not only did I have a panic attack starting because I wouldn't be getting the help I needed, they had to remind me I needed to be punished for missing the appointment in the first place. It just felt disappointing considering all I am dealing with and the front desk's attitude not helping with a rapidly growing panic attack. :(

Mckenzie is the best! I loved that she educated me on the specifics of medications and let me choose what I wanted to do, as long as she felt it was safe. Mckenzie is incredibly intelligent, but not intimidating in the least. Really easy to talk without harsh judgements. Every time I leave I feel like I've been hanging out with a girlfriend...a smart one that has made my life better.

Lacking in flexibility on the need to schedule a prompt appointment needed for an urgent drug change per OB GYN recommendation. A sensitive situation like this requires a prompt response so patient can follow doctor's orders. An appointment set out one month out is not acceptable for an urgent matter such as this.

First of all, Dr. Luke Marvin is excellent! Also, I just saw a claim from my insurance that was way more than the $15 co-pay I'm used to paying. I called Alliance to get it figured out, and they were so helpful and told me that even though not all of their doctors are covered under my insurance, they just take the hit for me. What incredible service! (Please note that not all insurance situation will be the same, but I highly recommend giving Alliance a call with any questions. They are very friendly and helpful!)
