Great doctor. Knows his stuff inside and out. Asks extremely well-thought diagnostic questions, doesn’t make the patient feel rushed, and has great connections - he has admitting privileges at a reputable mental hospital (which he is director of), and works with a TMS company. His practice does cutting-edge work. Impressive.

Dr. Latif is truly a top-of-the-line psychiatry professional that participates in research studies and keeps up to date with the most advanced treatment methods. He also recognizes that each patient is not just a number but an individual and not everyone responds to medications the same way. He looks into all of the best options based on individualized treatment plans and takes the time to answer all of your questions with care and concern. He is one of the first psychiatrists who did not dismiss my previous history of trauma and negative experiences that had pushed me away from seeking care. He also took all of that into consideration when I saw him during a crisis at Carrollton Springs of which he also serves as the medical director (a great inpatient and outpatient hospital also). If you can see him, you won’t be disappointed. Be patient, there might be a wait to get in to see him but it is worth it. His Nurse Practitioner, Rebecca is also great and helpful if you cannot see Dr. Latif right away.

I sat for over thirty minutes waiting for Dr. Latif only to find out from his secretary that he hadn't returned to his office for my appointment. I cancelled and left. Do not make an appointment here. Very unprofessional staff and doctor.
