Do not go and see dr. Hamilton . He is a horrible psychiatrist who does not care about patients one bit . He prescribed me all sorts of pills that made me worse mentally . I never got the feeling from this guy that he genuinely cares about his patients . There are much better psychiatrist out there than this guy .

I have tried several different psychiatrists and Sophie Krchmar is hands down the best mental health professional I have ever had. She is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about her patients. She has always explained medication options to me and has mentioned their price, side effects versus the help each one provides. She has wonderful bed side manners and is overall just a great person. I feel very comfortable talking to her about any issues I am having and she is receptive to my concerns. I would suggest her over anybody else!

I really enjoyed my first NP at this location but my recent NP gives me the feeling that she doesn't really care. I waste more time in the waiting room waiting to speak with her than I do in her office, it's rushed and very impersonal. The amount you pay isn't worth it if you don't receive the care.

Mama Bear Hopkins

We love Karah, but she's always behind. Allegedly we're seeing her 50 minutes after our appointment, but we'll see. Makes us feel like our time is not as important as theirs.

We have been going to this place for 3 years now. I've only seen one NP that we didn't like, she was rather cold, didn't look up when speaking to her and she seemed to only be focused on what she was doing, not what you were saying. Otherwise the entire office staff, doctor and NPs are awesome. They play by the rules so be courteous and don't be late or miss an appointment, otherwise you're paying for it. They like to stay on time so the wait is shorter for patients. I highly recommend them.

They hook you on medications, and once they have you, won’t refill your prescription until you make another $150 appt only for a refill. I’ve worked with docs in the past. This office is setup to care for your money foremost, and maybe your health, if your lucky. If you have a choice, pick a place that cares. Hint: not here.

I meet with Dasha and she has helped me tremendously. She gave me the medication I needed and actually listens to me when I have issues. This place is WONDERFUL. I've been to several psychiatrists and this place by far is the best.

Took my daughter there, and never actually saw the real Doctor. I have no idea what Dr. Hamilton even looks like. It was clear they are mostly guessing on meds & dosages & using trial & error as their guide to adjusting medication. When I asked about what kind of tests would help make things more clear they suggested a test. After getting the test I found out it was NOT covered by insurance. Insurance says it is not medically necessary. The Doctors office never explained how the results were ever of any value in the diagnosis either. When I asked them why they ordered a test that was not covered, they said it was my problem not theirs, and I should talk to the Lab. Of course the Lab said they just did what the Dr. ordered & they don't pre-check insurance and I am responsible for paying it. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket for the test & it was expensive. PATIENT BEWARE!!!
