Worst doctors ever. The front desk receptionist couldn't even answer a basic question regarding their privacy policy, nor would she provide me a copy of the privacy policy. The doctor couldn't even answer any questions I had regarding the standard paperwork you're required to fill out. Acted as if I were a bother for coming in and didn't bother helping me with my issue basically just dismissed me. I never received my results, only received a bill. Horrible place and horrible doctors. Don't waste your time with this place.

This place is horrible. Full disclosure: I have always been overweight, and I am a diabetic with PCOS. However, both those conditions were well under control in October of 2016, when I suffered a bad fall and severely injured my back. I saw Franchesca Schandevel at this place because my insurance was not great and no one else would take it. Well, no matter how much I tried to tell this doctor about my back problems, all she would ever do was tell me I was fat and threaten me with bariatric surgery. She was rude, talked to me like I was stupid, and did not listen to me when I told her about the crippling pain that kept me from exercising, grocery shopping, cooking, or doing just about anything besides staying in bed. She just watched my weight and blood pressure shoot up at every appointment--and watched me suffer with the worst pain of my life for an entire year--and did nothing but tell me to lose weight, which was impossible in my condition. It took refusing to see Schandevel anymore and demanding to see a different doctor to get the MRI that diagnosed my back injury. Now, one year and one back surgery later, I am still struggling to lose the completely unnecessary 20+ pounds I put on under Dr. Schandevel's "care." My back is fine now (no thanks to her) but my PCOS means that once I gain weight, it tends to stay on, so it's an ordeal to get my weight back to what it was before my injury and the terrible medical care I received here. I'm still fatter and less healthy than I've ever been in my life and it is entirely Francesca Schandevel's fault. Don't go here as long as she is on staff; you can't trust any place that employs her.

Do not go here, they will take every opportunity to overcharge you and your insurance company. I went in for my annual checkup and they took it is an chance to charge me for everything under the sun. Find another doctor who doesn't look at your as a piggy bank waiting to be cracked open.

Went here for a simple annual visit 5 months ago and I have been back and forth with them to have a simple monthly prescription filled and sent to my prescription provider. As of today, I am still trying to get them to get my monthly medication called in and done correctly !! I will not be back!! The staff is obviously incompetent. I will try Baylor Scott & White next year!

I went there several times. But I don’t think I will be going again. There are some doctors that apparently are not licensed yet that are ready nice. However the few positive points is not worth trying to see the doctor who I do like. I have been getting home health care services for years. Because of the way the doctor office filled out the paperwork (neglecting to even mention the physical ailments I have) I was denied home health care. This incompetence is a large part of the reason I refuse to seek care from their providers

The doctors don't know anything here! I had to literally tell the doctor what yo prescribe my 3 year old son. Everytime we've been in they do nothing to help. Basically they think everything will heal it's self or just go away. We will be changing doctors very soon!

Receptionist are rude I have to greet them Every time. Takes forever to get on the phone with an actual person. The doctors are nice/good especially Dr.Cotter she’s so understand and caring. Their front team just needs to be nicer or actually talk instead of closing their windows..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!, bad service, bad doctors, i had an appoint at 11:00am and didn't get out till 4:00pm, and i had an appointment, worst of all they won't even say anything, and when i came up to pick up my prescription later that day, they didn't have anything the next day when i came up to pick up my prescription, the drugstore told me they didn't anything so i called them that day and they said they were going to have everything ready by the next day, so i came to pick it up the next day and they told me again nothing, so i called the doctor and guess what?, when i told them my name, they said they didn't have any record on me!!, really i went there 2 days ago and you don't have me, so plz don't go here it is a waste of time, and the doctors suck, no experience whatsoever, mostly dr. Iron
