They used to be amazing, but their office staff has changed over and are not very knowledgeable about longtime patients (I was seen for over 2 years), nor are they able to communicate effectively about any changes. After seeing a wonderful psychiatrist (Christine Huntley) for 2 years, I was scheduled another appointment with her to find upon arrival that she had left the practice there and was given a new doctor with a higher fee with no advanced notice whatsoever. Dr. Davis didn't bother to read my chart or look into my previous records there AT ALL until I was there for my appointment which was all of 15 minutes ... not near enough time for a new doctor to be able to understand my history or diagnose my medication change needs, and I did need them. The last time she saw me she upped the dosage on one of my medications sending me into a VERY manic state, and should have known better based on my medical records in her own office. I have found a new doctor at another facility and will never go back. Truly a shame because this place used to be amazing.

I have been a client for a couple years now, never missing an appointment. I was transferred to another psychiatrist, after mine left this practice and rescheduled an appointment to do so. I wrote down the date in my planner and took off work as needed. I was told a month off from what I was scheduled, so out of the blue I was dropped as a client. If this was my error fine, but this was an office error and when I called to explain, all I received in response was an "Oh". I have had to wean myself all meds with unfortunate side effects. I wish I hadn't put so much money into this practice and dependence on my appointments. And dropped all in part for someone not telling me the right date!
