could’ve been better.

Unfortunately appointment times don’t really matter here - there is a recurring pattern each time I arrive on time and have to wait 20-40 min to see the provider. Yet if I was not on time, I would be charged. I have been less than pleased with the provider - I feel my issues are overlooked and judged. Not the most tolerant or comfortable place, which is unfortunate considering that people come here when they are most vulnerable.
