Horrible. They charged us at the new patient price when my boyfriend has been going to this office for over 15 years. He also had to fill out new patient paperwork. He and I both agree that the NP he saw, Ian Smalling, didn't listen to him or ask about his symptoms and didn't help and just handed him samples of a new drug for him to try. The list price for this drug is $1200 a month. We will be looking for a new doctor and highly recommend everyone else does too.

I like this place but the place can be a joke at times but I'm happy I'm always in and out ☺

With everything going on with the hurricane, you would think the doctors here would be understanding and work with people that have limited time off for office visits. Not so. The people here only care about collecting fees for office visits. Even if it means denying the refill of a much needed medication. Dr. Perkins at this location acknowledged that she had the power to extend a 1week prescription that would last until my next visit. She just refused to. When I explained my circumstances, she again agreed that she could make an exception, but decided not to. This is the last inconvenience in a long line of mix ups. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr Brams is awesome! He has helped me with my ADD immensely! I am very grateful!

Staff is very friendly. Office is super nice. Dr Alice Mao has really helped my son with his autism

I felt worse after I left. As a 39 yr old Male I know what works for me and what doesn't. When I come to the DR. Its because I feel there's nothing else to do, working out, yoga or meditating are bn or working. The last thing I want is to be a guinea pig for another 30 days while I toss and turn all night and feel more anxiety while trying different medicines that the dr wants to promote.

It is with deep regret that I have to turn to google to warn others away. It is not my style. We have been going here for over a year. Dr. Smalling is a good Doctor. That is where the compliment stops though. Over 5 different occasions I had terrible experiences with getting my sons medication refills sent to the pharmacy. They either forgot to send the order in, told me it was my job to tell them to refill the order, or simply refilled the wrong medication that was not the medication that was supposed to be refilled. This causes constant stress for my son, on my, and my family. To top it off, if they make a mistake, good luck getting a hold of an actual person to answer your call. Within the last 24 hours (Mon-Tues) I have called 10 time and got someone voicemail, an answering service, or had my call taken and passed on to another answering machine. Typical story of Doctors mismanaging a business. We will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Not sure what the deal is with the other comments saying this place is bad, (I'm assuming everyones visit is different) but I was moving doctors and wanted to make the transition as smooth as can be so i contacted via email and got a response the next day with new patient forms, sent everything in then i got a call from the office to make an appointment (I didnt even have to call which made me think this office was pretty on point with their patients. Scheduled for an appointment within days after the phone call (thumbs up again) , appointment was at 9:30 i got called at 9:45 (again no biggie) talked with dr grover and was sent on my way home. Not sure what everyone is talking about...BUT the only issue I have is that my perscription was not sent to my pharmacy as soon as it should have been, I had to call the office back because my pharmacy had no records of any perscription being sent. (We are all human) anywho ill give 4/5 , keep up the good work ladies

Gina Logans Office On the glass of the receptionist window they have a sign that says, "If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not phoned you must reschedule" I showed up on time and my appointment was 30 minutes ago and I still haven't been seen!! Update - Going on almost an HOUR and still haven't been seen!!! New Follow up appointment (Follow up appointment) I just arrived to find out Dr Gina Logan is running 3 patients behind schedule. 3!!! It would be nice if your staff could give a courteous call to your patients prior to them arriving to ask/let them know if an hour and a half delay is acceptable or would they like to reschedule for another day. I rushed to get here today, and yet AGAIN, I will not be seen on time!!! Per your own policy posted on your receptions desk, If a patient is required to phone you if they are running 10 minutes late, by golly YOU can notify your patients that you are running an hour and a half late!!!

Memorial Park Psychiatry looks at patients as numbers. They do not take patient health seriously by returning calls or answering emails with more than one sentence. Numerous voicemails left and messages left with answering service (who was very courteous and caring). First email sent had a two day response time and other two were completely dismissed. When attempting to re-establish service, the next available appointment was 3 months away. If you’re looking for a psychiatrist, call The Solace Center. Haven’t actually seen a doctor yet, but my call was returned the next day and I was able to get an appointment the very next week. Don’t waste your time and health at Memorial Park Psychiatry, they evidently don’t need new patients and have too much money already. ** updated to add that Dr. Brams and the other Doctors are wonderful but getting in to see them is impossible. IMO, Fire the entire staff handling your business and get new ones. These people are ruining your name.

Terrible front office staff. First of all, you will never call and they answer the phone directly. They send ALL calls to voicemail during office hours and to the answering service otherwise. This would be fine IF they were prompt about returning calls (which they are not). When you visit the office the front desk staff is very dry and uncaring, you will notice the window remains closed and you will not get a warm and receptive greeting. I have visited this office for about 2 years before I just simply got tired of the terrible service and moved on...If you can get past the front office and dont mind being charged for EVERYTHING then Doctors and Nurses are ok.

Emailed for a prescription refill and received a response in less then 15 min. Alex is always very helpful and friendly

A piss poor operation. They don't have no understanding of how an office is supposed to work. They don't answer phone calls unless you are the spouse that work there. Don't return emails. Dropped off paperwork to be filled out. 30 days later still trying to get the paperwork back. Complete waste of time with this place. Don't waste your time coming here. A NEGATIVE 1 STAR.

Outstanding!! Dr. Grover is wonderful and the support staff was excellent from the first message, many phone calls and prompt emails in between made our first visit easy, comfortable and professional! These other reviews don’t even make sense to me! Just sitting watching the patients come and go being helped-I’ve seen nothing less of very professional and pleased clients! They have a great system here.

Never felt better about a decision.. - Parking is good. - Clean, and comfortable lounge/waiting area. - Front office staff are friendly and will answer questions with no issue. - Appointment and registration into here was easy and welcoming. Monica Grover MD, is great at what she does and is very knowledgeable. Her office is calming/relaxed and she answers all my questions and concerns. Desiree Gonzalez, has been superb with response time, questions, and service. Goes the extra mile, her work ethic is solid. Vitals Nurse, is always smiling and has a good attitude. (Checks data thoroughly - BP, Weight, Height, etc.) Overall, my experience has been great here and plan on staying. ===================================== Tip for fellow new patients! It is necessary you get here a bit earlier than your scheduled time. Why? As a new patient, you'll have to fill-out a packet of your information and hand it in BEFORE your appointment. It can take a while to fill-out, took me about 15 mins. Fill out later than you're scheduled time, and they may not take you in for the day. (Based on reviewer post)^

The doctors here are nice enough, but getting an appointment and dealing with the office staff is HORRIBLE. They are rude, lazy, and wouldn't lift a finger to help a patient in obvious distress who needed a medication refill - wouldn't even let the doctor know what was going on or allow direct communication with them.

Beth Bohannon

Dr. Matthew Brams and staff are very pleasant and have helped my family with children's ADHD/ADD.

susan mckeon

Do not go to these people and do not let them work with your kids. You will regret it! 5 years later I still do!

Heather Ragsdale

They never answer the phone and the email address they have on their website turns up undeliverable. They answered the phone one time to take my appointment and then never sent me the new patient paperwork. I then looked up reviews about how non-responsive they are. I tried to cancel my appointment but no one ever answered. I ended up leaving a voicemail that I was cancelling due to the lack of communication.

Katherine Bingham

I would not recommend this office to anyone. After putting me on antidepressants for 9 months, Dr. Grover suddenly cut me off of my medication because I could not make an appointment within the next week as a result of my being a full-time student out of town. Quitting this serious medication cold turkey is extremely dangerous, and I fear for my health. I have sent Dr. Grover and her assistant Kelli multiple emails explaining the gravity of this situation, and no solution has been offered to me. Please, if you care about you or your child's health, do NOT go to this office. I am already experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms from quitting my medication so abruptly. I shake uncontrollably and I cannot stop crying. Despite calling this office multiple times, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS SITUATION.

Front desk is very unfriendly. Not very nice to new clients or to anyone. They don't answer the phones. And if you get a hold of them there very rude. They definitely need new front desk people.

Leyla A. Roberson

So far ok... except if you need to make a ph. call for refill prescriptions... this was awful and also get someone on the phone. Place was clean, friendly Front Desk... and the our doctor was great.

Karen Rogers

I love this place. The front staff is so friendly. I love the fact that I can email and get a response within seconds. Dr Alice Mao is amazing and has helped me so much

Despaired to see a psychiatrist, I went there last week. The lady at the front desk took my insurance copy, I had to fill a new file with all the informations about me, then I've been told they were gonna call me back to schedule something. I came back yesterday to ask them why they were silent, then they told me I had no file here, and they never heard about me. These people are supposed to deal with depressive people...

Lisa Gosselin

All these poor reviews are correct! Please save yourself time, money and hassle and find another place to go to. All they care about is having you come in for their office fees. They don’t care about the patients. It’s impossible to get ahold of them and they never return your phone calls. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter goes to school in Seattle but they refuse to give her more than 30 day refill of her medication. They want to see her every time, ridiculous. Bottom line is they only care about profit rather than patients. Please Please find a different place to go to!

This place is a joke. I made an appointment for new patient and I got there to my appointment and they made me fill out new patient paperwork which took about 10 to 15 minutes. I completed the paperwork and handed it to the lady at the front desk. 5 minutes later, the lady says "sorry the doctor can't see you" I said why, and she said because your late. I'm like how? She says cause you filled out paperwork after 9:30 and your appointment was for that time. She said I was suppose to come in early to fill out the paperwork. I said no one told me of this. She said they were suppose to. I'm said yeah but they didn't. I just wasted my time to get off work and to go fill out paperwork for them to say sorry i can't help you. I ask to speak to the doctor, of course she is on the phone. They need better staff.

whitt dwyer

seriously am i being punked! smh. no words.

Breanna Wells

Terrible customer service! Was unable to reach anyone to discuss my appointment or even return the call of someone to confirm my appointment. The answering service is completely useless and in use even during office hours! I was hung up on when asking to speak to the office. I was told “we will have someone call you. Click” NO ONE EVER CALLED! just rude and unorganized. Couldn’t even tell me where my appointment was or let me know that the location I thought I made an appointment for was closed even after I clearly stated when making my appointment where I wanted to be seen they did not inform me the location had been closed. I loved the center I visited in the previous years but with the experience I had this go around I will not be returning.

Daniela Allison

Dr. Grover is very nice and humble...
