He is a good and caring man. The only down side is the wait time. You have to remember he works at a psychiatric hospital and his office. I have recommend him to people.

This office is the biggest joke! They do NOT return phone calls. They NEVER answer the office phone and they can't even follow-up with prescription refills or faxes from the pharmacy! If your lucky, they MIGHT escribe your scripts to the pharmacy in about a week or two. Then when or if they do, they usually prescribe the wrong dose and have to resend it, which will take another week! The front staff just sits at the window listening to her headphones to music instead of working. The fax machine has a "STACK" of faxes that I'm sure are important but never get answered. What kind of medical practice is this?? These people seriously need retraining and learn what professionalism and working really mean!!!

A neighbor had recommended me to see Larry flowers for my depression and anxiety. I called not knowing he had accociates and the receptionist gave me a appointment with Eli Anderson. Don't waste your time He prescribed me bupropion HCL XL 150 ml and hands me a phone number to do group therapy with total strangers and I'm like isn't that what Im paying you for. His office is dead and boring and most of all he is not warm and friendly. He shows lack of concern to his patients. I give him the empty bottle of larazaphan and ask could he give me those. He says no they're addictive. I mean I don't take them every day only as needed. Right now I'm feeling doomed. Realizing I got the wrong dr I call the office back to make a appointment with Dr flowers and receptionist tells me that the two Drs signed a contract not to see each other patient's and I'm like y'all gave me him, I never wanted to see him from day one. Then I Google his name ELI ANDERSON he was charged for doing powder cocaine like really dr flowers you let a crackhead work at your practice? So now Im looking for another psychiatrist.

I used to see Dr. flowers growing up. now as a adult I go to Dr. Anderson. I wish I could have Dr.Flowers back. Dr. anderson does not care about his patients.

This doctor and the staff do not return phone calls. They changed my medicine and now won't even authorize a refill. What a joke! How do you do this to patients? What about your Hippocratic Oath!

Debra Springer

He leveled my developmentally delayed, add, genetic impaired meds very quickly and my son, 8 years old was comfortable with him immediately which is highly unusual.

I have left 3 messages for the last three weeks to get my daughter in to see Larry Flowers. Since he saw her at the hospital and the have yet to return one of my calls. Not good for her health and for his office.

This is the most horrible place i ever been to. Dr eli anderson is a joke. He is uncaring and very rude. I hate this office. Please take your insurance and go somewhere else. I hope you read these reviews before you go.

I have never been to a psychiatric office less professional than this one. I would not recommend. Will be switching providers as soon as possible.

Sarah Ebright

His office was all set to schedule an appointment, until I told them my child's insurance was Medicaid. First they tried to say they don't except his insurance, when I told them I was provided their information from the Caseworker as a provider they recanted and said the aren't excepting new patients. Despicable, their office has no understanding that some kids only options is Medicaid. Only helping those who can pay the most is appalling.

This place is a waste of time. They don't ever answer phone calls and take forever to get back to you. Your appointment time is never your real appointment time because Dr. Flowers is always "running behind." They changed my appointment is didn't even let me know.

Eric Grimes

Don't mind that Larry is not booked until February 2015, but I do mind that the number for Conroe, TX, is clearly not one that is ever checked.

Dr Flowers and his staff are wonderful and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be here. JoAnn is who I see on a regular basis. If it wasn't for her and her casting so much and for Dr Whitley I can guarantee I would not still be here. They have helped me realize what all is wrong with me and it's not all my fault. I don't think I could ever see anyone else. Trudy J

Dr Anderson is a joke. He looked like he'd rather be anywhere else but helping me, his office was drab and depressing, and god forbid you tell him about having 4-8 drinks a week. Cause he'll tell you that's the root of all your problems. This place is a royal waste of time and co-pay. Wouldn't recommend to my dog

My son left work early to go to his first appointment. He got lost finding the office and ended up showing up 15 minutes late for his first appointment. I tried to call to let the office know that he was having a hard time finding the office at 12:05, but received no answer. I tried again at 12:10, again, no answer. When my son finally found the office, he was turned away due to his late arrival and told to reschedule. I was not advised of this policy when I made the appointment to begin with and therefore encouraged my son to keep trying to find the office. I never write reviews, but I am super upset that he was treated in this fashion after working really hard to find this doctor's office. I have tried to call the office in order to discuss this matter with the office staff, but again received no answer.

I'm sure Dr. Flowers is an amazing doctor but I see one of his associates, Dr. Eli T. Anderson. He is incompetent in my opinion. I came out of a psychiatric hospital a few months ago mostly balanced on my medications. Now I am worse than ever. Yesterday I bawled for 45 minutes for absolutely no reason after he took away all my anti-depressants and did not substitute anything for them. I'm miserable daily and do not recommend Dr. Anderson to anybody

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Anderson is a joke. He is very rude, a hypocrite, judges you for any little thing. I do not recommend that office to anyone. I've been in and out of the er too many times because he doesn't give me the meds that actually work. He also took me off all anti anxiety medications and I've been suffering so bad the er visits are becoming too often yet he continues to get paid for doing nothing. Office never calls back. Emergency services are extremely rude as well. Please go somewhere else with your insurance and money.

I would give zero stars if I could. You see someone other than a doctor. She is horrible at submitting prescriptions, and when she does do it right away, there's always a problem like not having any directions on how to take it, so it can't be given to you until it's been corrected, which sometimes takes several days. They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER return a call. When you call the emergency line, they don't listen fully to your needs, and proceed to tell you that the office is closed. Very rude people on the phone in the very small chance you get someone. Completely unreliable service. I believe if you're going to be dealing with the mentally ill, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, you need to care at least a little bit. We will be going to another doctor ASAP. A real doctor. I do want to say that the one person there that is wonderful is Jessika. Unfortunately she's only there 2 times a week.

Claudia Rodriguez

I called to make an appointment for my daughter. The person who answer the phone has an attitude problem. So o decided to to make an appointment at this office
