Stay away from this place. Worse place ever. After two visits and after scheduling a third visit I received a letter in the mail two weeks after scheduling the third visit that Holistic Psychiatry will no longer be treating me. No reason or explanation was offered in the letter. I called the office, the receptionist is very rude and makes you feel like your wasting her time by talking with her. Asked why I can no longer be treated there and she gave me a blunt rude answer that "by law she doesn't have to tell me the reason why". She is very rude, and talks to people as if they are beneath her.

Excellent service, always taking great care of my mom. Dr. Wei Liu is very kind and incredibly pleasant to work with. The ladies at the front desk Stephanie, Brenda and Janecia are also very kind and incredibly helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I must say that Dr. Raj is a kind, soft spoken doctor that treated me well when I was doing outpatient therapy. But when it was over and I had to come to his office for visits, the first one NEVER happened. First off, he left out of the country leaving me no way to refill my prescription(dr auth needed) I went a week and a half without meds until my therapist told me of a place by Herman Merorial that gives you emergency meds. They saw me on a walk in basis and the doctor there even asked. "Why wouldn't he make sure you have all your meds b4 he left the country?" Well today I went to my first appt and was told it had been rescheduled, plus Dr. Raj wasn't even there so it would've been with someone I've never seen anyway. So I left and now I am sitting in my vehicle in thier parking lot crying and feeling very let down. I feel that if your going to be a doctor that deals with mental health, then it should be a very smooth and easy process to make an appointment and talk to the front/phone people. Lastly, Their receptionist (Jake) is a joke!!!!! If you ask him ANYTHING that is not on his script, he just ignores you. I really hate this place. Sorry I couldn't get past your rude and uncaring staff to see you Dr. Raj. You HAVE JUST LOST A PATIENT.

My own experience in here has been wonderful. I cannot explain the progress I had made in such a little time and write it on a small summary, but I will try. I had been diagnosed with severe anxiety and severe depression (Plus by other doctors they had said I had more than just that for example Bipolarism and more) since 2013/2014 I had been struggling, trying not to end it all, myself going from doctor to doctor, hospital to hospital and other things you can't even imagine I couldn't find any thing like this place gives you. But in this place with them taking their time and to care, by actually caring for you and me, made the difference. I found other meaning to life itself. It was not a quick process and let me tell you at the beginning I didn't even wanted to continue... Not because the people where bad or the staff was bad, but because I was scared in this new place it was unknown for me and I was scared that it was not going to help like other places. Then doctor Raj and his staff treated me for 2/3months trying new medications, new treatments and new methods. Until they introduced me to T.M.S. Something that had changed my life completely. With the help of such treatment, the staff and ofcourse Trish(The person who will be giving you the treatment) Has opened my mind and doors for life into many possibilities. Of course I put some courage myself because if I don't really do anything after sacrificing my time doing this, I wouldn't have gone where I am right now. Trish is like an angel brought from heaven, that truly cares for you and will find a solution no matter the cause. Few days ago was my last day in T.M.S. and I will tell you... Life has changed for the better. I was afraid of so many things and especially failure... But sometimes you need to fail to be victorious. This treatments that the staff gave me... Opened my eyes of what it means to be a new human being. It gave meaning to life and not only that, it opened my brain to saying... Am I truly happy, with the end goal of my life? You could be 10 to 70 years old or more and this question will always hunt you down and be there in your mind. Let me tell you this. Go out there and finish those goals. Because the medication and treatment can do so much if you don't really do something yourself for a change. I am Louis... And I will tell everyone who had read this far, the staff and doctors. Thank you from the bottom of my heart... For changing my life, for what my life is right now. Because I couldn't have done it with a little push from them and the love they gave me. THRRRIIISH!!! Thank you!!!

Stay away!!! Dr Raj is only there one day a week and passes everything off to his PA's who have to GOOGLE every thing I ask. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Medications have been sent incorrectly, refills not on time causing me to run out of meds that I'm not supposed to miss. He is constantly trying to get patients to go to Kingwood Pines Hospital because he is the director there and he gets paid $$ big bucks $$ that way! Billed my insurance company $400 for each visit... even when he talked to me for 3 minutes and handed me a refill. He is all about the money and throwing a million different meds at you. Needed or not! Its such a joke. They never return phone calls...you practically have to go up there to get ANYTHING done. I'm so done with that entire place! The only thing I Iiked were the girls up front. They were very cool and very helpful.

I think it’s a terrible place. My son never gets to see the doctor. No one ever answers the phone nor call you back. They have my sons medications all screwed up. Someone please help me to find my son another psych doctor. Also the office manager is HORRIBLE!!!

I found the place well above my level of expectations for the psychiatrists office when I saw Dr. Raj for the first time. I’ve been through 5 different places and I know that Dr. Raj is and always be my doctor. He changed my life and I am in the good place for my emotional well-being, thanks to Dr. Raj and his wonderful staff, who is the only doctor who listens and cares about what I have to say. He is not only the amazing doctor but he is a very nice guy, who always calm and pleasant and he makes me feel good about my issues which are now finally are in control after many years of battle with psychiatrists who didn’t seem to care about anything else besides themselves. Dr. Raj is down to the earth and he KNOWS HIS STUFF! I highly recommend this doctor for my friends and family and I don’t have any issues with his office and girls who help him at the desk.

I scheduled a doc appointment on zocdoc. I selected Dr. Raj and made my child an appointment. I arrive on the time I selected and was greeted with the most insincere and argumentative lady that I've ever witnessed in any doctors office, much less in an office where I need kindness and understanding with my child who is mentally ill and needs assistance. I never made it passed the entry process before breaking down and just saying forget it.

Dr.Raj is great, and really listens to what you have to say. His PA is great too, and I have not had interaction with the NP, but she seems nice enough. My only complaint with them is they are always running behind, even when you are the first appointment for the day. I waited an hour past my appointment time once, but it's always at least 30 minutes after the scheduled time. So, I'll take a star off for that. Another star is coming off and will stay that way while the heavy check-in girl is employed here. She is just plan awful to deal with. She's rude on the phone, she's rude in person, and I really don't understand why she is allowed to interact with patients at all. ESPECIALLY in the mental health environment! To be fair, she was not bad on my last appointment, so maybe I caught her on a good day, or maybe Dr Raj gave her a talking to, as this is definitely not the first bad review pointed at that woman. But every single interaction with her before was terrible.I'm not saying don't come here as the providers are great, but be prepared for tardiness and rudeness.

Schedule an appointment with Dr. Bharath Raj for my sister . Dr. Raj did not see her only a medical assistant. A waste of time. did not see the psychiatrist . My sister is not eating and suffer from deep depression has lost over 50 lbs in last 3 month and medical assistant send her home with a prescription to help her sleep and come back in two weeks. If you want a pill pusher this is place for you but if you really need help it not place to go. They website is not true. I ask about team help patient with eating disorder and she said they only give medications .

Well, I've been a customer for nearly a year and a half then lately we've been having trouble with the insurance (Community Health Plan) and my last appointment they refuse my insurance plan...and the best part is, they did not give a heads up. No phone call, No text, No email, NOT EVEN A LETTER IN THE MAIL...stating that they don't take our plan anymore in advance! Which is very unprofessional! I get that there appointment reminders are automated via text, call or email but they couldn't even let me (and probably everyone else) know when they don't except an insurance plan. Don't get me wrong, they're doctors are good but the establishment has turned into a joke! Very unprofessional!

I am so disappointed with our experience. They never return phone calls back when you leave a message. The pharmacy tried calling 3 times to get prescriptions refilled and never received approval or call back. They are never helpful. I will never recommend this business.

They we're very fast acting and professional with me. I was a new patient and I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Dr. Raj was very nice and explained the medication options very well. I will be returning. Great place.

Judging by their website, this seems like it would be a good place to go to for someone struggling to overcome ADHD, anxiety, etc. and lead a successful life. But how could I know when I've been turned away at the door with no chance to come back? I had to cancel my first appointment the morning of thanks to a serious migraine headache I woke up with - something else I suffer from occasionally, especially when taking medication that adversely affects my sleep. I tried to explain this to the receptionist the next time I called to reschedule the appointment, but she told me that there was nothing she could do and I would just have to find another provider. I understand that providers lose money for missed appointments, but this wasn't a case of flippant irresponsibility on my part. It was an emergency I had little control over. And now I've been denied a chance to even see if this clinic is the right one for me thanks to whatever no-tolerance policy they're following here.

This place is absolutely amazing. Every staff member that I interact with are such amazing and caring people. My doctor is Doctor Wei Liu, and she really takes the time to listen to symptoms and addresses them exceptionally well. The receptionist Ashley is a very caring and kind hearted lady. My quality of life has significantly improved since I’ve been going to doctor Raj’s offices. I love you guys!

I love this place! I have been seeing Dr. Raj for 3 years and he is a very caring doctor who takes his time with me on every appointment. I never feel rushed. He does an excellent job of explaining things. I also love his entire staff! They are all very friendly and helpful. I did TMS here and it has been a lifesaver with battling my depression. I highly recommend Dr. Raj to anyone needing a psychiatrist!

I'm a new patient here. I have been trying for several days to get a generic authorized because I cannot afford 1100 a month for anxiety meds. The pharmacy and myself have called numerous times. Yesterday I was guaranteed it would be done by 5pm. Here we are almost a full day later and still nothing. The girls who answer do not seem to care. They actually seem bothered to help. If this is normal practice, I will be finding a better place. I need help not more stress and aggravation!!!

I had a terrible experience with one of the PA's, but once I started seeing Dr. Raj, my treatment became exactly what it should have been He helped me taper off the high dosages of medication the PA had put me on, and then helped me to start TMS treatments, which was so helpful for me as someone who has been treated for depression with so many different medications unsuccessfully. I completed all 30 treatments and feel like a whole, healthy person. I would highly recommend TMS to anyone who has struggled with depression for a long time and who has lost hope in medication being able to treat it well.

Great place! Front desk girls are always smiling, though dealing with some unreasonable people. The ambiance is the best I have seen for a psychiatric office that accepts insurance. All the providers are courteous, knowledgeable and organized. TMS was a life saver for my daughter. The wait times can sometimes be a concern, but it has been well worth it from my years of bringing my adult children here. I recommend this place without reservations.

Short wait time, staff is friendly. My only issue is that when my child goes in and is unhappy with meds more meds are RXd and existing increased with no real justification for why. This makes treatment difficult. I do not think more drugs is the answer. I'd feel differently if I had seen results from meds or my kid reported that they were working. I feel like his initial problem was ADHD and switching of meds and that he has anxiety that went unaddressed for too long, medical studies support anxiety leads to other issues and also that ADHD and anxiety are comorbid conditions. If only my kid could get his adhd and anxiety resolved that would be awesome. Withholding stars bc treatment could be better and more responsive to patient long history, not just immediate history.

I had to find another doctor after Dr. Raj twice failed to have my prescriptions filled. Being cold-turkeyed off medicine is dangerous and incredibly irresponsible of the doctor. He unfortunately spends too much time at too many locations and wears himself thin to the point of having no actual interest in his patients or time to help them when they need it most. If he's ever going to be a decent doctor he needs to realize this.

Pill pushers. If you have children having hard times she will spend five minutes with them and prescribe other pills. Avoid and go to a Dr. that will actually take an interest in their patient.
