I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Tyler, she is truly an amazing woman! The office staff on the other hand is a different story. Difficulty scheduling, never returning phone calls regarding appointments and prescription refills. If you would like an office that works with your schedule, returns your calls, and makes you feel like you are a patient I suggest going somewhere else.

Prestige clinic is an excellent facility. Dr Mirmesdagh always takes time to listen and explain every treatment. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr.Mir to everyone. She is the best Psychiatrist I have ever had. when I had sever anxiety and depression she took time to listen, tried to calm me, explained about my situation, tried different meds and was very accurate about diagnosis. The staff are always nice, helpful and professional. Thank you Prestige clinic for the great experience and quality. I have been pleased with your professional, yet personable, service.

I have known Dr. Mirmesdagh for about 7 years, both as a friend and as a patient. She is one of the most conscientious people I have known. I'm shocked to find any kind of complaint at all. The clinic is beautiful, the staff is professional and, in my experience, very forgiving. Dr. Mir herself is a very good psychiatrist. She is concerned with a holistic approach to treatment as opposed to being a prescription factory, which I have dealt with before.

I see Dr. Riehl, at this location and I can honestly say that she is the best psychiatrist I have ever been treated by. As long as you go in with an open mind and are willing to trust the process she will continue to work and listen to you as you find the best medications for your needs. Great bedside manner, kind, and compassionate. The support staff has been nothing, but great as well.

Went there for the 1st time and they just made me feel uncomfortable and horrible in general, did not feel welcomed or like I matter. It just felt like there were there for a quick buck. My insurance only pays for 90 day supplies not 30 and the pharmacy has contacted them several times about it but still decided to force a 30 day supply and force me to pay $27 for my meds. Called them 3-4 times to discuss the issue today and every time voice mail! They close at 5pm, I called at 3:45pm. Would not reccomend. I have another appt already set up and I'm not sure if I'm going to give an chance. The front staff was also incredibly rude, whispering and giggling. It doesn't matter of your not talking about the patients. Because it's a mental health clinic so you think to be more profession and keep in the back.

I have struggled with anxiety for the majority of my life and always tried to self soothe and handle it myself. I finally gained the courage to seek help and I could not be more satisfied with my current mental health. Dr. Mir instantly made me feel comfortable and that I had a voice to discuss me and my issues. Dr. Mir's passion for her patients is incredible! I feel extremely lucky to have found her! The front desk staff has always been kind and respectable! Especially my first visit which was very nice because I was nervous about going! I honestly could not recommend this office enough!

I tried calling to schedule an apt because this office was referred to me by my business partners and all I can say is wow! I am not sure who Samantha is but she’s very short with you when you ask questions and very rude. You can tell she totally hates her job hopefully she’s not an office manager!

For 4 years my child has been a patient of Dr. Tyler, and she is stellar. For the medical care she provides, I would assign 5+ stars. For the office staff, I would give a rating of 2 stars. While some of them can be reasonably friendly, several behave in ways that are incompatible with a customer service role, especially in a healthcare environment. As an example, I emailed to request an itemized receipt for services, because my cafeteria-plan health benefits card was requiring full details of a recent visit. I received an email stating the clinic had no record of my child. I called and explained to Kim how distressing it is to receive an anonymous email stating that your child is not in the system, and she stated that it was an "automated email." Given her tone and her unwillingness to assist, I suspect she sent the email, but she then directed me to the patient portal to find the itemized receipt. Perhaps her manager should listen to our phone call (which supposedly was recorded). What a good training opportunity.... Anyway, I thought that using a Patient Portal was a great idea - theoretically, I could login to this portal and pull updated information without interacting with the front office. The problem: The portal has not been updated with my billing information since my child's visit from 7 months ago. Not only were all of his recent visits not visible, but itemized receipts were unavailable for ALL visits. Kim brushed me off and still has not provided a receipt. I have left a message for Samantha Beatty to call (is she a physician? An office manager? I am not sure), but for now my medical benefits card is at risk of suspension because I cannot provide an itemized receipt. BEWARE THE FRONT OFFICE at PRESTIGE CLINIC. While some of the staff are kind, you will find yourself behind the 8 ball if you actually need assistance or documentation.... Original Review: Dr. Terra Tyler delivers the highest level of compassionate care. My child has been seeing her for several years, and she is conservative in her care and an active listener. He loves to see her, and I entirely trust her to treat him.

Unkind, uncaring, staff rude to my daughter. I had explained which RX my daughter has been on, and the many she has tried till she found what worked and that we needed a RX refill. We needed new Dr as we moved and needed someone in the area to be our Dr. $300.00 for RX for a drug that she has tried and does not work. When I visited the office, the staff was rude, and I experienced exactly what my daughter said she had experienced. Would never recommend

The staff are really rude. And they procastinate to set an appointment. I was her patient and try to book an apointment for a friend as well, it took them a week and finally they get back to me and told me nurse practioner would do the visit!!! What the hell? I wanted my friend to see the Dr not nurse practioner. I do not recommend them not at all

So it took me years to finally come to terms to seek out a psychiatrist to treat my mental health. After about a weeks worth of research, Pristige Clinic seemed like the best option for me so the roughly forty minute drive was worth it. My initial visit was with Dr. Riehl & was basically where we went through family history, my emotions, what brought me there along with possible solutions. After a little trial & error we finally figured out the right solution. Once Dr. Riehl (fingers crossed she returns) I started seeing, NP Molly Springate & boy was she a breath of fresh air. Molly was understanding, kind, patient, seemed to genuinely care & never once left me feeling judged, five stars all daaaay for her! It’s extremely saddening that she left unfortunately. Now for why I took off two stars. One of my turn-offs about Prestige is the lack of constance, I’d imagine being somewhere that deals with mental health they would be a little less inclined to continually switch out providers & front desk staff. It’s uncomfortable enough having to deal with issues (ADD & Depression). Since Molly’s departure, I was to see someone new which that alone had me uncomfortable & slightly anxious. I had asked if the staff would have all of Molly’s notes along with my records which they assured me she did but it certainly did not feel like it. My last visit felt judged & cold. Feel as if I was treated as a completely new client, questioned on everything & was like pulling teeth to get my points across without looking like an idiot regardless of me being as transparent as I can be as I always have been. After my last visit, I now have doubts on if I’ll stay but considering this is the first & only place I’ve gone to treat my conditions I will continue for the time being in hopes that things turnaround for the better.

You never get to see the same doctor for more than a few months at a time. For some reason doctors come and go there constantly. Dr Mir is there always but she only sees patients the first visit after that you are handed off to the rotating staff of doctors. Update. Seems like things have stabilized and I've seen the same position for quite a while now. It may have been a rough start but I am very happy with Dr Mir and my personal physicians care.

I wish I could give a ZERO rating ! Most terrible experience ever!!! The front desk manager is damn rude and Dr. Mir has no compassion. She does not even seem dedicated to her profession. She and the staff always make my refills very difficult. They are so driven towards making money more than anything else . Would not recommend one bit !!!

I understand as I write this Prestige is taking steps to enhance their clinic and patient care. What other medical clinic invests in that? I have been their patient for over 4 years with a great experience. I usually do not recommend my doctors to friends or family. But I know it is not easy to find a good caring psychiatrist, that's why I referred Dr. Mir to couple of my friends and family members who needed help . All I can say is that they all thanked me for sending them to this clinic and are very happy with having her as a physician. The front desk staff is very kind and knowledgeable and supportive and prompt. I always get 2 emails and even one call directly from staff to remind me about my appointments. Dr. Mir is very caring and approachable and listens to my concerns.She involves me in my treatment and explains the medications in detail and why she chooses one medication versus the others. I am very satisfied with them and I highly recommend this clinic.

My husband and I have been bringing out daughters here to see Dr. Tyler since 2017 and I have to say it has never been better than it is right now. After all our visits we get an email asking for reviews and have always chosen not to partake because we did not want to lie but also did not want our negative thoughts to affect the girls' Doctor. The doctors have always been great, but the front desk staff and "biller" if you can call her that, have always been rude, disinterested and down right disrespectful. They could never get our charges correct, they all looked miserable to be there and wouldn't even make eye contact with you. It got so bad at the beginning of this year that we asked for our records to be transferred out because they made us feel so uncomfortable.I thought for a while it was just me, but patients talk in the waiting room and I quickly found most felt this way. I am happy to report; however, Prestige Clinic has hired a real office manager who seems to be doing a phenomenal job at cleaning up the riffraff. We have had to come in a few time the last couple months to complete our care here before our new insurance kicked in and let me tell you the new atmosphere is great!!! Sam goes above and beyond for my family every time, we are officially no longer patients there because they do not accept our insurance and the previous girl Stacy was suppose to send our records and needless to say, failed at her job again which we found out when we were checking in for our appointment with our new Doctors, they require paperwork for us to be seen. But Sam tracked down all of our paperwork (which had the wrong info on it, surprise surprise), corrected everything for us, tracked down our new clinic's information, made phone calls, sent faxes and eventually had to send our info in an email because our new locations fax was down. She even called us after our appointment, which was after 5:30pm, to make sure everything went smoothly and we didn't need any further information. Every encounter we have had with her has been pleasant and efficient. In addition, at our last office visit we got to meet the new front desk staff, J, who is a complete joy to speak to. He made us feel welcome and at ease during our last visit. We are even considering to foregoing insurance and just being self pay if the current trend continues. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tyler and her new staff. They are absolutely amazing and fun.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My first couple of appointments at Prestige Clinic were great. I spoke w/ Dr. Riehl (who no longer works there) abt an issue I was having w/ a medication I was on and she we beyond helpful. She sent my new prescription over and everything went off without a hitch. However, the second she left the clinic, things went downhill. Every single time I have needed a refill on my prescription, getting them to send it 1) to the correct pharmacy, 2) in a timely manner, and 3) sometimes at all, has been an absolute nightmare. At an apt in November, Dr. Mir and I decided to make a change to my prescription. She gave me lots of free samples brought to the clinic by a rep and told me that once I finished the samples, there would be a prescription at the pharmacy waiting for me. So, in December, when I was running low on the samples, I went to my local pharmacy to pick up my prescription. They had zero knowledge of my new prescription, as Dr. Mir never sent it over. She had an entire month to send it over before I ran out of samples, and she never did. So I went approximately 5 days without my medicine. When she finally returned my call, she blamed me for not calling her back and letting her know how I was doing, which supposedly would have prompted her to send the prescription through. I eventually got my refill and assumed that after the nightmare this whole affair had been, they wouldn’t make the same mistake again. This past Monday, I called to speak with Dr. Mir abt getting my prescription refilled, as my pharmacy had changed. Even though we spoke around Christmas abt my medication & I assured her that everything was going well, I was told by a receptionist that the only way to get her on the phone & to refill my prescription, was to pay a $20 copay. I was annoyed, as we spoke 30 days ago, but obliged bc I literally had no other option. Dr. Mir calls me an hour or so later, certain that we didn’t speak in December. I practically had to convince her of the whole ordeal that went down. Anyway, I gave her my new pharmacy info, she said she’d send it over that day, and lo and behold: she never did. I got to the pharmacy on Monday night & was told they had received nothing from Prestige Clinic for me. It’s Thursday now and I still have no prescription. I just called the clinic and told them about this recurring issue and they could not have possibly cared less. They said they’d look into it but offered zero apology or explanation for their misstep. As soon as my prescription gets refilled—if it ever does—I’m finding a new psychiatrist. Dr. Mir is the most unprofessional and uncaring physician around. Update as of 2/8/2019: Just received a call from Dr. Mir apologizing for my experience with her/her business in which she immediately asked me to take my review down—naturally. I told her I wouldn’t do that, and she said I was being harsh. When I asked her if she had only reached out to me to ask that I remove my review—after all, this is the first i’ve heard from her since the incident, she got defensive and told me to leave it up. So here it is, y’all. Again: these people don’t care about you and don’t know how to provide proper care. Avoid at all costs.
