I'm not reviewing the clinicians, but I am reviewing their phone service and availability to contact the office. Perhaps it's only the two doctors who are on "Press 2 for Dr. L. and Dr. F" but it is literally impossible to get someone to call you back. Their automated phone setup is a total maze and mess and the end result is you cannot connect to a live person. After you navigate through all the automated options, and you press the number for your doctor, another voice tells me "There is no one who can answer your call, please leave a message and someone will return your call" I left messages for two days and no one returned the call. I desperately needed to speak to Dr. F or his back up, to report side effects before they got worse - what to do? They have about 3 different versions of the taped message: 1) If you call during office hours, you have to go through the maze, get to your doctor's line with the "There is no one who can take your call, leave your recorded message" and NO ONE will call you back. (2) The "We are closed for lunch between 11 am and 1 pm, please call back during office hours - as if that will help; and (3) You call outside the office hours, and you will get their Answering Service - finally a live person, who will tell you they have taken down your concern and info and they will give it to the office when they open - Hey! but at least you get a live person who will listen to your frustration. I suspect the messages are sent to the office, but again what they do with it is unknown because NO ONE WILL EVER RETURN YOUR CALL. However, if you call in the morning before the office opens at 9 am, the answering service will not take a message but instead tell you to call back "when the office opens at 9" and you are back to square one. The Associates need to call in as "regular persons" and see what we go through. Day 3 of trying to get someone to talk to and get some answers, get some help....
